Bide your time. Pack your sheets and comforter away. Don't let on that anything has happened. Thank her profusely and let her know anytime she needs you to reciprocate the favour, you'll be more than happy to help her out.

If and when that time comes, she'll surely leave you some way to contact her so, it's time to return the favour. Call her constantly with shit similar to what she bothered you with. While she's away, remove the bedding from HER bed and replace it with the shit she left on your bed. Take a replacement set of hers that you like, either similarly priced or even more expensive as compensation for paying her and her not doing the job.

You say she's OCD about her place? Be sure to leave it a disaster. Unwashed dishes, garbage not thrown out, a couple of used condoms strategically placed. You get the idea.

The choice to leave her a note or not explaining your actions is up to you. If you don't, when she calls to give you shit, say something along these lines..."I'm so sorry. I wasn't sure how to approach you when you did this to my house last time...remember? Now I'll know how to handle it better next time. Thank you. I love my new bed set by the way. Thanks again."

Trust me I will have them with me or they will be at camp. This isn't the 1st time she has watched them. I never had any probs with her the other 4 times so I didn't think this time would have been a prob.

The reason you have a friend watch your dog is to save money... if you were going to pay her 350 then you should have checked your dog into a "doggie hotel" ... your dog would have had a better time and would have gotten shampooed in the process for when you picked your dog back up... other than that... you don't need someone to watch your house.

There's nothing you can or should do, other than pull away from that friend to whatever extent you feel is warranted.

All these tough characters here on gfy don't know much about life, their advice is worthless.

You took a chance on a friend, you learned something. Not all friends can be trusted with your stuff or your responsibilities, you learned that this friend can't.

Ultimately care of your stuff is your responsibility. Involving friends is your personal economy is always risky.

Take your lesson like an adult, and make other plans next time.

I've found that people don't generally change radically overnight, unless of course.she just got hooked on drugs.
Given your previous experience and how long you've known her, I think it makes sense to see what she has to say. Other than that, try not to waste TOO much energy on anger. There is probably not much to be done about it, so the sooner you can let go and move on to more pleasant things the better.
