I wished Internext had some overlap with some of the other shows as there was in the past. It created more of a draw. Even when it overlaped with the AVN awards show for a day there was always the fun parties, or affialate summit (the year we were at the Venetian and the summit was next door was nice) or even CES made it good with some overlap. I hope Internext has enough of a draw for me to come. I say this every year and end up coming. But in the past there was always that overlap that did it for me. That and some exclusive dinners or gatherings.

Ill be keeping an open mind. I always love Vegas and I hope to come but we will see.

The overlap, or back 2 back, always made it more convenient, & more incentive to be sure.

We went to AVN/AEE in Vegas and then went to ANME in LA. We were told we would get lots of samples and swag. From what we heard from other show attendees is all the manufacturers and distributors were cutting back and not giving away the free stuff like years past. I did get to meet some of the distributors reps that I have just talked to on the phone. We are planning on going back to Vegas in 2012 for AVN and Internext but can't see spending the extra dough to show up a week earlier to go to XBIZ.

We really wanted to go to InterNEXT last year but had to head to LA in order to register for ANME since it was going on at the same time. This also limited the staff they had at the ANME and again no product samples for the retailers to take back to the shop. Both shows were very clique-ish and I guess scared of a dude on a scooter because it was kind of tough to find people to talk to about products especially in the big 4 Toy Manufacturers booths. I hope this year will be better but since the economy didn't really get any better I don't see swag being handed out like years past.

Ill be there for sure. Always love seeing everyone. Even if there is like barely any business left. LOL :-)

Really though, it feels to me that shows are much more seriously about business now than showing up just to party. Which is actually making them more valuable to us now.

Looks like i wont be in Vegas this year :( Maybe next year i make it for the 4th time.

People say it was better in the old days, but i also had a good time the last three shows.

It's been a while but we plan to Attend Internext and XBiz in 2012. Looking forward to both.
