If I'm buying a domain name, it's none of the registrar's fucking business what I'm going to do with it as long as I'm not breaking copyright law or doing something illegal on it.

Go ahead and put your trust into .xxx. For all we know they could be devising ways right now on how to get the US government to force all adult sites onto .xxx and under their control. If that's the kind of environment you want to work in, go for it! I'm already making my 'Plan B' and believe me it's not going to be related to the porn business or working for Stuart Lawley.
I'm always open for arguments and I compliment you on your clear way of explaining things. Point taken :-)

I kept all my .com domains and if xxx isn't going to work for me, I'll do my things on .com and on .com too it's possible to setup a network of content producers who co-operate on keeping their sites free of content thieves.

By the way, did you read xxx-principles-of-free-expression.pdf ? The only kind of pornography they address in there regarding banning is cp.

Everybody who bought xxx should hope they are liberal minded and at the same time stick with the law. Yes some things should be banned and it's up to them where they draw the line. I would say... consenting adults. Draw the line there. Kids and animals and dying people aren't consent. But it's up to them, anything they ban that I find acceptable for distribution (consenting adults), I'll keep on .com

Anyone that has a problem with you making decisions for your own business isn't really worth responding to. If you ignored .xxx and all porn was forced there you would be fucked.
