I had a really good bowl at Tin Vietnames on Howard in SOMA
Tu Lan - one of my favorites if you don't mind braving the sketchiness of 6th Street
Miss Saigon - okay, but the beef broth is a little sweet for me
7 Mission Chinese & Vietnamese - not bad - quick, cheap, and slightly above average
