The Affiliate programs are always subject to change, the owner of the sites can do this at any time. It is up to them to let their affiliates know what is going on.

It would have switched for all the affiliates promoting the site, the change would have been whenever the primary account holder initiated it. If you have a discrepancy with the webmaster's business tactics then you should contact them.

Closing the barn door after the all the horses have gotten out. At this point, even if she changes it back to unlimited rebills, I won't be promoting her site. Lots of other places to send my traffic that appreciate it.

It would be nice if CCBill would chime in here and give an official response on policy.

The issue at hand isn't whether a program owner has to offer an affiliate program or not, the issue at hand is that a program owner is posting an offer to entice and then doing something completely different, which is fraud.

While I don't expect CCBill to police every single affiliate program page to validate whether what is posted matches with the actual program offerings within their system, I do expect them to act when someone brings it to their attention.

I apologize again for any inconvenience. I will verify with my accounting department on Monday. But you are currently setup to payout on rebills for the lifetime of the membership and not the six you were contacted about by our support team.

I have never put a cap on my rebills- I called ccbill today to find out what this is all about and he emailed me back the following:

Desirae can you please address the issue of returning surfers being directed to Tour5 and Epoch billing? Meaning ccbill affiliates that referred them are getting assfucked out of sales...

LOL at CCBILL Client Support, they are clueless and the ONLY thing anybody from Client Support would know how to do is check if rebills on the program were set to 'Unlimited' currently. There's no history they can look at, I could change it every other day/hour if I wanted to. Plus as Grisey said, you can set up 'Grouping' and assign rules for different group of affiliates. You can also do the same for individual affiliates.

Bottom line people if you have ANY respect for yourself pull your links from people like Desirae that are only out to use you, assfuck you and cheat you. Her whole tour is set up to steal from affiliates who work hard to send traffic.
