She seems to be more concerned with finding the next boy toy to bring home to fuck. Nothing wrong with that per se, unless it interferes with taking care of business. :disgust

Fat Panda 06-28-2012 02:55 PM

Keep this thread up top. Desirae is ass fucking affiliates. Pull your links and stop promoting washed up solo girls that need to fuck affiliates to survive.

Quagmire 06-29-2012 11:20 AM

I'm slightly confused here.

If her site is saying lifetime rebills but she's only set to 6, is there nothing in the CCBill ToS that cover fraud like this?

Fat Panda 06-29-2012 11:56 AM

pull your links everyone desirae is a SCAMMER

Fat Panda 06-29-2012 11:59 AM

her program CLEARLY promises LIFETIME revenue share for ALL memberships. But the SCAMMER has limited rebills to 6

http://i46.tinypic.com/1w4ro.jpg

Fat Panda 06-29-2012 12:03 PM

shes also now doing her MAIN payment processing through Epoch with means CCBill affiliates receive ZERO credit for some sales. SCAMMER

troncarver 06-29-2012 12:12 PM

Too bad she didn't leave her face alone. What a mess.

The body is still banging though.

Grisey 06-30-2012 01:33 PM

CCBILL says that they have nothing to do with this, take it up with the sponsor

I do NOT think she's washed up, and I think shes still bangin, but sucks that she only chose to degrade me after everyones concerns here.

I say lift that 6 rebill cap

So they knowingly process for someone committing fraud. That is just typical of the road they're on.

I think google is ok to let ppl deal with each sponsor themselves.

Except where clear 100% clear cut cases of lying/fraud like this. Ccbill really should step in and do something (I'm going to email ccbill now, see what they say about this)

Fat Panda 07-03-2012 09:25 AM

July 4th bump. Pull your links asap, don't tolerate getting scammed!

well my concern first came from low sales, but then I read on gfy.com that desieae spencer naughty4cash.com has CHANGED her rebills rules without notice

Adam
12:59:50
The Affiliate programs are always subject to change, the owner of the sites can do this at any time. It is up to them to let their affiliates know what is going on.

13:02:51
Clients don't even have to offer an affiliate program if they do not want to

13:03:09
correct, but if they do, they should play by the rules

13:03:33
you dont offer an affiliate of ccbill 50% of all sales for life, and cap them at 6

Adam
13:06:00
It would have switched for all the affiliates promoting the site, the change would have been whenever the primary account holder initiated it. If you have a discrepancy with the webmaster's business tactics then you should contact them.

Louis
13:06:58
I tried, and no response

Hoping Desirae will remove her rebill cap :thumbsup

Closing the barn door after the all the horses have gotten out. At this point, even if she changes it back to unlimited rebills, I won't be promoting her site. Lots of other places to send my traffic that appreciate it.

It would be nice if CCBill would chime in here and give an official response on policy.

The issue at hand isn't whether a program owner has to offer an affiliate program or not, the issue at hand is that a program owner is posting an offer to entice and then doing something completely different, which is fraud.

While I don't expect CCBill to police every single affiliate program page to validate whether what is posted matches with the actual program offerings within their system, I do expect them to act when someone brings it to their attention.

Fat Panda 07-05-2012 08:12 AM

desirae is a washed up scammer. fuck her. hope she enjoys dancing for quarters at low rent hillbilly strip clubs

Desirae 07-07-2012 11:28 AM

I never changed rebills- they are unlimited see letter from ccbill

Here is a letter from ccbill:

Dear Desirae,

Thank you for calling our client support department to follow up regarding the notification about affiliate 1570404 being limited to six rebills (instead of the advertised lifetime rebills) We were able to confirm your affiliate system was setup for unlimited rebills and that you did not set up a billing limitation. I apologize again for any inconvenience. I will verify with my accounting department on Monday. But you are currently setup to payout on rebills for the lifetime of the membership and not the six you were contacted about by our support team.

Thank You, Ryan L.

Desirae 07-07-2012 11:31 AM

There are no limits set on my rebills

My account is still limited to 6 rebills.
Way to jump on this, Desirae. Nothing like getting it taken care of after everyone has pulled their affiliate links. Except for the part about NOT getting it taken care of. There's that.

jscott 07-07-2012 12:30 PM

Desirae, you could have handled this situation 1million times better than you did.

I'd be hard pressed to think of how she could have handled it any worse. Denying that there's an issue when there clearly is one isn't handling the issue at all.

Des, I don't really believe you're that clueless so that only leaves one other possibility. :321GFY

I bet you have "groups" within the affiliate admin and that is why some have 6 and others don't.

Your hardly acting like you give a shit, its already taken you weeks to talk to ccbill about this

Fat Panda 07-09-2012 09:01 AM

still shows limit of 6 here. keep up the good work calling out SCAMMERS, stop promoting them and pull your links

When i click "updates" on your site i get a popup and a 404 not found.

Fat Panda 07-09-2012 09:05 AM

Desirae can you please address the issue of returning surfers being directed to Tour5 and Epoch billing? Meaning ccbill affiliates that referred them are getting assfucked out of sales...

LOL at CCBILL Client Support, they are clueless and the ONLY thing anybody from Client Support would know how to do is check if rebills on the program were set to 'Unlimited' currently. There's no history they can look at, I could change it every other day/hour if I wanted to. Plus as Grisey said, you can set up 'Grouping' and assign rules for different group of affiliates. You can also do the same for individual affiliates.

Fat Panda 07-09-2012 09:33 AM

Bottom line people if you have ANY respect for yourself pull your links from people like Desirae that are only out to use you, assfuck you and cheat you. Her whole tour is set up to steal from affiliates who work hard to send traffic.
