You must have missed the fun we had...Let me re-cap.

First we all argued if Fris was allowed to do this because "well its wordpress... anything related to wordpress is GPL"

Then we established that yes, the core files of wordpress are indeed GPL.
But any elements such as graphics/css/html CAN have a restrictive licence placed on it.
(Split licence)

And in this 'package', there contains quite a lot of split licenced themes ect....

BUt we don't care anymore...We have had fris-gate.. we then had mushroom-gate.
Nobody cares anymore...
