Ive been offered a lot of money to run adds for Manwin owned properties...It wont happen.

If Manwin sent me money and said here consider it a donation for your hard work on piracy Id send it back and tell them to destroy their competition themselves

As for Paxum, they deal with payments from some piracy sites, some shady nigerian and middle eastern money exchangers, a few HYIP schemes and dodgy bitcoin investment schemes.

They seem to be strong on the front end of KYC, but once you're a customer there seems to be almost no oversight.

Another file sharing site which both accepts Paxum and pays out uploaders via Paxum.

We'd report these to Paxum's risk management team however we have not been given a contact to report these to other than Ruth or Chris which historically has been unreliable.

However somehow they have managed to miss:

17 HYIP Schemes using Paxum
47 Money Exchangers (including Bitcoin) using Paxum
39 File Lockers Paying out Via Paxum
29 File Lockers accepting Paxum via resellers.
