I'm still not seeing the benefit of me doing the work to build said blog, then I go market it... while you host it and own the domain. That just doesn't make any sense. It would make sense if I owned the domain and you hosted it as an affiliate benefit, but you owning the domain is a little "left-field".

If I'm going to build a blog and promote it... I'm going to own the domain and split-test various programs until I find one that converts. Plain and simple. It just doesn't make sense what you are suggesting. Sorry.

Sorry if I'm coming across as being difficult, I'm really trying to understand what you are trying to pitch here. For an experienced individual that can setup a blog, what is the benefit here? I mean, isn't it experienced marketers and webmasters that you are trying to attract with this offer?

Wordpress is a free script. We pay for hosting and domain.
