I'm honestly disappointed. I thought you were at least the more intelligent of the resident conspiracy types. You're defending a guy who wrote in several books that he had visions and talked with Jesus, and went through the experiences, etc... but then you accept that he just changed his mind like none of any of that ever happened? That would make him a liar. It'd be different if he just changed his mind but it's kind of hard to go from talking to someone, and then later saying that person doesn't exist. It's kind of hard to go from talking about feeling the pain that person went through, hearing the words that person spoke, and then later saying that person didn't exist.

You're taking me out of context, there was confusion in the thread about Icke's current beliefs, so I jumped in to help out. I'm not defending Icke, just posting information to help make the thread accurate.

I don't think science pretends to be "the truth", in fact scientists go out of their way to say that it's not 100% certain. Science uses empirical evidence to draw conclusions, and even when the evidence points to something with 99% certainty, science doesn't claim it's the definite truth, just the most likely thing.

Feel free to post the evidence you have that lizard people even can exist (let alone do), or that alien life forms in the shape of lizards exist.

Oh, and if you don't believe in science, turn off your computer, don't watch TV, don't drive your car, don't fly in a plane...
