Forgot to add... what ring light are you using? I see LEDs. Love the look.

My camera set up is custom to be able to shoot in this dynamic/low light condition. It's pretty funky looking when it's all put together and most of the girls get a kick out of it.

It varies depending on the girl, experience, performance, etc. I start all new girls out at the same rate but bump it up after the first shoot depending on how well they convert.
