Or media buyer, with same qualifications as above.

30-60k with health insurance and bonus.
(we give back a % of the whole business profit back to the staff, based on different level - executive, directors, project managers, regular staff)

Its mainly based on your experiences and as most of the staff is new, for motivated people its easy at the moment to climb the ladder.
