Fitty Motherless threads:pimp
|
I was redirected there for the first time last week.. I didn't see anything illegal but there was definitely some gross underage girls in skimpy clothes.. That shouldn't be legal.
|
When I say "illegal", I'm referring to using stolen content to sell ads.
Those who cannot create, steal! |

You would think that after getting sued several times for doing something you know is wrong, you would find something else to do for a living.
|
Motherless' operator, Joshua Lange, and 20 John Does, presumably advertising business partners, also were named to the suit filed at U.S. District Court at Los Angeles
-> john does... all adult programs, could be any of us |

If Motherless thought the heat was on last week he is in for a shocker this year.

I still think motherless is not so especially bad, compared to the average tube, regarding copyright or questionable content.
It got several dog and horse sex or scat videos, some young looking gurl, but that's quite common to so many tubes, check nonktube.com , videarn.com just to list a couple, but I could list dozens or hundreds, so what's all this crucifixion of motherless now that's hypocritical and by the way the site is there from years. |
Commercial content is banned on videarn, if you see any then it should be reported to be removed. We're already setting up agreements with many copyright holders to upload / promote their content.
You can ask many copyright holders and removal services that we work with that they get a response and content removed in less than 24hrs (usually 1-2hrs) as well as it being banned. We also actively seek out content on a continued basis to be removed. On top of all this we have an MD5 database of banned content which we're looking to share with agencies to combat bad content as well digital finger-printing we're developing in-house which is a lot more reliable than MD5... So... Please do not try and tar us with the same brush as motherless! Thank you. |

Let me throw some more.. it is fully random really, for example vid2c: http://www.vid2c.com/videos?o=mv I see there a 25 minutes long naughty america clip online from 1376 days, and a brazzers one 28 minutes from 1201 days, unsure that's authorised promo clips? The site is full of ads from streamate, xlovecam and the exoclick thing (I even advertised in vid2c via exoclick, not shy to tell it here, was I a criminal?). Let me see another one: http://www.eroprofile.com/m/videos/popular/month Clips there seems not amateur but also too long to be promos, I may be wrong. Now these 2 can write a post here, and I throw other 2, and so on we continue until 2014... just saying. |
Ok let me be more clear what's my point: I am not a copyright holder, and copied content does not affect my business, I think. I am an advertiser, I buy $xx,000 per month of traffic for cam site. So as part of my job, I contacted all the tubes, include motherless, videarn, and those I did not emailed/ICQ directly I dealt via exoclick, trafficjunky, trafficholder, trafficshop, plugrush and so on, I got account in every one broker. Advertised for a while everywhere, include pornhub, xvideos, xhamster and so on, like every other cam program I know of - just with less budget.
So my point it is, when I go to buy in a traffic broker, they have no any indication I am buying from pirate video page or from legitimate video page, that's all togehter. Also when I go to make direct deals with a site, I am not supposed to browse pages of videos and to recognise what is copyrighted and what not, or the age of girls is over 18, or there is no scat dog sex while rape an horse. I barely can follow the buy of links and check stats for conversion. But then I see site X been sued, and there 20 john does (the advertisers) included in the list of bad guys. Now there is 2 layers before of the final advertiser john doe: 1) the site, who hosts the bad thing and should remove it, and 2) the broker ad network, who display my banner in the bad page when I choice "US traffic" and runs on whole network, even I wanted to skip a bad site I knew, I should try blacklist filters or complicated things like that, and still how I know 1000 site domain names... in other thread I posted a whole dozen of file locker hosted dvd rips that was (and still are) in skim traffic broker network I use often. So you see my point, as a buyer of ads, there's no any way to know you buy on legit or illegal pages, unless you do a super research yourself which you have no time to do and anyway it seems even the most experts out there in GFY don't provide as a list. Would AK / stopfilelocker or other entity make a list of good and bad tubes/skim domains, updated weekly, and ad networks provide this as pre-made whitelist/blacklist filter, we as advertisers could select "Only legal sites" or "All, include illegal", would save us time and be in john doe accused lists. PS: I never advertised on torrent sites like piratebay... this is easy to skip (but lots cam ads there... not ours) |
Theft is theft and it doesn't matter where in the chain you are.
People who don't produce content never understand this part and they just assume it's ok because everyone else is doing it. Can you imagine what this world would be like if all thieves just got a warning or were just told to put the product back after stealing it? That's essentially what DMCA is. It's not even a slap on the wrist. For that matter, it's not even a warning because they aren't registered anywhere to be compiled. People who steal are greedy and the best way to punish greedy people is to hit them where it hurts the most, in the wallet. |

It's the whole "it wasn't me" reply that gets me. Of course I know it wasn't Josh that uploaded my videos. He pays upload monkeys from some shit bag third world country to do that. I wouldn't expect a lazy thief to do much of anything. |

The idiot is even using an unlicensed copy of JW Player. Might as well steal from everyone I guess.

I bet Longtail wouldn't be too happy about that but then again they might not care because it's watermarked. |
All I have to say is "You mess with the bull, you get the horns".

Hey Josh Lange, I just wanted bump your favorite thread to let you know I submitted another DMCA for another one of my stolen videos. I noticed that the uploaders are still active on your site despite the numerous DMCA's submitted. Nice work of preventing further copyright issues.
You'll be happy to know that they are talking about passing the "It wasn't me" law that protects people who want to help others commit crimes but don't want to take responsibility for them. This new law will even over-ride DNA evidence. Regardless of the crime, all you have to say is "It wasn't me" and bam...you're off the hook and back in business! Cool huh! |
Add another 3 stolen videos to that but don't worry, you're still protected under DMCA as well as "It wasn't me" regardless of the quantity so you're good buddy.
You have a lot of content there and it's getting to be time consuming sifting through all the stolen videos but I think I got all my recent ones. |

I doubt anyone cares. The only people that care about content theft are the producers. Everyone else thinks it's great and free game.

why they take so long removing?

This site should be shut down, but they are slowly filtering there content more and more. We will see where this is in a few years.

I haven't seen any of my full-length clips lately so we'll see.

It was quiet obvious I was talking about the webmasters who dont steal. Not the ones that do... |

Thieves justify their actions because so many people are doing it. Do you remember when there were a few large tubes that were filled with stolen content. Nothing happened to those sites other than growth and profit so why are we surprised that many jumped on the band wagon. And yes, I get extremely pissed off when I get robbed. |
