Sometimes when I'm shooting stuff, be it a model or my son's martial arts belt tests, I'll go fucking crazy and shoot like a motherfucker. But I don't send out or put up all of those pics. If any little thing looks off, eye(s) closed, mouth or face in a position that makes the subject look like they suffered a bout of bell's palsy, or anything at all that just looks odd to me, that pic gets deleted. If I shoot 300 pics of a 10 minute belt test, I go through and inspect EVERY picture. If I shoot 10 pics of a 10 minutes belt test, I go through and inspect EVERY picture. That's simply a photographer's job.

If you're not prepared to inspect your work before displaying it (and take into consideration if it could be embarassing to the subject if candids), then put the fucking camera down.

Fucking really? The subject is looking down. If you're going to show the subject looking down, you have to show what the fuck she is looking at/doing so it doesn't look retarded. As it stands...what is she doing? Digging in her purse? Signing an autograph? Looking and laughing at the photog's penis? Looking at her pedicure?

I think what's worse than the picture itself is the fact that you display it proudly like it's a fucking masterpiece.

Most of the people I saw on the red carpet were nominated for something. Okay, perhaps not for performing but if you think the performers sponsor the show and the awards on their own (they sponsor by bring public interest to them) without the billers, the affiliate programs, the hosting companies, etc then maybe there is a bit more to be learned on your end.
