pbbc threads were no where close to what frank has been doing with these bitcoin threads. Maybe a few threads and kept all the info inside those threads. He currently has 4-5 bitcoin threads going on right now. Whats the point? Why not just have 1 or 2 threads. Its not annoying enough? Also remember, the PBBC is a group of many people. He is 1 person making 10x more threads then the PBBC has ever made.

There is no PM on this board. If you dont know about PBBC, you cant afford it.

The higher the value of the product the more chance your profit margin will be eroded before you can convert it back into USD. A day or two ago mtgox went down (again) and the value of BTC fell by more than 10% within 20 minutes. Imagine if that happened just after you'd been paid BTC, but before you'd settled the BTC-USD conversion.

its the hassle of converting the BTC to USD to complete the sale for the dealership. This isn't ACTUALLY taking BTC and filling out all the paperwork as if BTC were an acceptable form of payment. This is them simply converting the BTC (for you) to USD.

So, they want dollars but will accept bitcoins to make the sale and then convert them the same second to dollars.

This is what most merchants are supposed to do.
