Idiocracy is a good documentary on the evolution of American society.

For sports I'm afraid I have to admit being very, very biased. I only really watch anything related to Football (soccer) Or European interest sports in general. I did find Moneyball the movie interesting though. Watched Bigger, Faster, Stronger earlier which was suggested in the thread before. Found that interesting and extremely sad because of the way these guys thought building muscle was some kind of "life". But it was good.

I like the connection in the title and synopsis :1orglaugh, but if I'm honest, England/Britain isn't much/if any better. I'll have to watch it :thumbsup.
