50 pictures

Yup. To even think that many are making money by doing it is just ridiculous...

The fact that everyone does it, no matter how bad their taste is, is why it's NOT creative...

Who uses pictures to decide what they are eating anyway? Children? A description of the food and prices are usually enough for me.

Last night I took a picture of the jumbo turkey leg I had for dinner at Hart's Turkey Farm (it was from a 35 pound turkey).

I just texted it to the mrs. though, no social media...

what I hate most is the fact that almost these stupid ass food photos have too little bacon in it...

I "WeChat (Wēixìn)" my food pics all the time. Chinese people are fascinated at what foreigners eat. :)

Maybe they want to have a snapshot to show everyone exactly what will be pushed outside of their asshole a few hours after they ingest the restaurant food? Hell, who knows?

But I do know that I have never taken a picture of my food. There has never been a reason for me to do so.

Just because many people attempt to do the same thing doesn't mean they do it to the same quality but even their photos are rubbish how does that harm anybody? There are a lot more things worthy of getting annoyed by in this world.

I like seeing some food pics, it gives me ideas for something different when I'm cooking.

I don't snap pics of a drive-through lunch, but have been known to snap a pic of something interesting while traveling, especially if it's a place I'm not likely to get back to. Eating is a big part of the travel experience and memories so for me a nice food pic in the same folder as other attractions seems natural.

I'm more likely to do it at home. My best friend is a long time chef and sometimes when he creates something especially visually appealing, I grab the camera. I told him we have enough pics of great dishes to assemble a cookbook. He said go for it. I told him, I'm the photographer, you're the cook... I need recipes and directions:upsidedow

I never realised how much this affected other people's lives. I'm definitely going to start taking pics of all my food when I'm out, this is gonna be great.

Any other things that people do in their own lives that make you want to gouge your own eyeballs out? Life trolling is starting to sound like a lot of fun...

it annoys the shit outta me when the cashier puts the change back in my hand paper bills first, coins on top of that and then receipt on top of that.

wtf am i supposed to do with that stack? I have my purchase in the other hand, i can't grab the receipt then slide the coins off then handle the bills.

the only thing to do is wad up the stack and sort it later. pfft.
