And you are way off base with Direct Energy. They deal in natural gas supply not electricity. Natural gas is currently very cheap so I am not sure what you are getting at with the whole deregulation thing.

yes, it's called a subsidy.. if you wanted to get into taxpayer funded projects, we could look at all the major corporations in the province.
Are you sure they don't deal in electricity?
anyway, i am forced to agree in the restraints of time.. it's poor peoples fault, we should pay them nothing to save small business
