Now my personal thoughts. I think the plane was hit by mistake by the Ukrainian separatists with the BUK SAM which they've got from the Ukrainian army (those just left the base without a fight). If this will be confirmed (the investigation will tell), it won't take a long before Russian military will take care of those motherfuckers...

That's just my version. Let's wait and see if I was right or not. But I 100% sure the plane wasn't hit from the Russian territory (there are many reasons to think so).

Umm the Rebel commander claimed they shot down a military transport on social media, and gave the exact location. He then deleted it, soon as they found out it was a civilian aircraft.

The smoking gun was the rebel commander him self boasting about it on Russia's face book. There is no reason to speculate at this time as they told everyone in the world they shot it down.

P.S. As about the training. In Russia and on the Ukraine, all males MUST to serve in the army and to be trained to use various weapons (assault riffles, tanks, SAM's, jet fighters, ICBM etc) depending on their specialization. So I don't see any problem to find some good BUK's operators in any post USSR-country.
