I PERSONALLY answer my affiliates emails. And not one of them has ever gone unanswered as far as I know ...and for 12 solid years now. If there is an issue, I will fix it immediately. However, there are not many issues really. Just a bunch of sales flowing in from the guys that promote the content. I get a few questions here and there, but not that many. It's a pretty solid and simple program with high conversions.

Jordan seems to be super-busy and replies rarely. He has a skype in his email sig, but I can't reach him via that.
Carol is the proper person for financial issues, she is usually taking care of things quickly.
There's Richard too [[email protected]], he handles the DMCA and copyright issues as far as I see
Last but not least: there's Anton from DigiReg, who is their DMCA partner: he is responding quickly, politely, and does the job. Too bad he can't help much besides copyright/dmca/whitelisting.
