He is also delusional. Hence the reason I bumped this topic.. Look how he called me a liar over and over because of this topic.. He then claimed there was a surplus where there obviously wasn't then went on to blame "Democrats", yet nothing you could say to him would make him believe there was a deficit vs his imaginary surplus which Walker wrote into the budget as if it had already happened..

Maybe Trump can now talk sense into him.. :1orglaugh

Only in a morons world, does lowering taxes below what is required to run the state budget, somehow equal a surplus. At least Trump can understand this... Unlike half the Republican governors out there..
