Da fuck I know? Ukraine gave up the nukes, you signed to protect back in 1994. Fucking do it.

It's called Rule of Law. We don't make up the law as we go to suit the circumstances.

Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Budapest Memorandum is a diplomatic memorandum, not an official treaty.

Iran's "Brain Trust" should pay heed!

Russia will veto any UN action. Rest assured if the Russians Nuke Ukraine they know there will be nuclear retaliation. It sucks but that is how the game pays out.

And what? Did I say it should go illegal way? Do it legally, but don't make these bullshit public statements on your "sanctions". And please don't tell me it's impossible in the USA. You (the States) are spying the whole world, including your so-called "allies" and you don't announce who, when and how gets spied. Why Obama didn't make a special statement on details of the spying procedure? Maybe how it is effective to the USA and how it "destroyed" Angela Merkel's undies secret? :winkwink:

Too much diplomatic, official crap. So, anything they talked down in Minsk with Downbabve wouldn't have any legal power too?
And if you say Russian would veto everything isn't it a matter of kicking Russia out of UN?

"The Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances is a political agreement signed in Budapest, Hungary on 5 December 1994, providing security assurances by its signatories relating to Ukraine's accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons."

Tell me what is written is not what it is.

You need to recall the situation during the dissolution of the USSR. The Kremlin's leaders had deployed nuclear weapons in their vassal-states or "republics". The real intention of that diplomatic effort was to reduce the possibility of nuclear war.

Russia is in a grey area of breach of that agreement. Putin is facilitating the separatist rebels -- aiding and abetting. The USSR transplanted Russians into the territories of the USSR Republics to ensure political and economic control. They are ethnic foreigners. The smart thing for Putin to do (or have done) would have been to offer repatriation (or return ) to the "settlers" back to "Mother Russia". They could have been compensated for their property. Then, there would be some hard feelings but in the end: Peace.

There are no real winners in this conflict it's a no win scenario.

Traveling: The thing I hate to admit here (but will) is I grew up in New Jersey. Small little town, two traffic lights (count 'em!) and horses and chickens on the farm. LOL But when I turned 18 I high-tailed it OUTTA THERE and moved to New York motherfucking CITY yo!

Then I started traveling the world. Literally went all the way around it, flying from New York to Europe to Asia to Australia to South America then back home to New York. Since then I've traveled to Europe 10 times, Asia 4 times, South America twice and India twice. Know what I discovered over these many years, many miles and many countries?

This: There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of wonderful places to live, with great weather, wonderful food, awesome people and natural beauty all around you. :)

Unfortunately, Russia, Serbia, Fuckmestan and all the other 3rd world shitholes ain't one of them. Sorry Ivan.

Carry on.

Well I wasn't talking specifically to YOU but ok fine. To be honest I have never been to Serbia but the overwhelming impression I get is that Serbia is, indeed, a fucking shithole. :)

Now: have YOU ever been to the US? While there are shitty places here (mostly inner cities) the overwhelming majority of America is beautiful, gorgeous and a MUCH better place to live than, well, Serbia. Come visit and see for yourself! (Pussy is more than $10 here. Tho you get what you pay for. LOL)

accommodation was provided by the state my father got a 2 bedroom flat from the bank just for having 2 kids and it was his first job...during transition of state to private capital one could pay off the apartment for say 100$...my father was never any part of any party, you simply got apartments from the state if you needed them...serbia has a huge % of home owners...and so does the entire region of ex yugoslavia...we were "well off" as in we had almost 0 personal debt and did not struggle in any way...anf everything was free or cheap as shit...

If there was a quick solution, but there is none that would stop it right away. By not backing up Ukraine EU and US shows
their own major vulnerability.

Same here. mine got one too,for free from state after finishing his university. Should I mention that that university was completely free and he became eingeneer for free? He was never member of any party or was related to politics in any way. Beside him ,his mom also got 3 rooms apartment from her bank where she was working. ...good times but unfortunately behind us. Now you have to pay loans and live in stress for years. Just like some people here think it is normal and that is only way how society works. But that is ignorance and stupidity, nothing more. As usually, most stupid people are always loudest.
