Hello. We still didn't get payment this month, as well as stats not showing data for the last 2 days.

Well the wrong commission values are still not fixed. ($0.17 instead of $17, etc).

Maybe that's why the payments are delayed - just guessing.

i just did not understood, why they offered all the vr for free? vr is now refresh for all the niches, and they just did few shots for free, or am i wrong? they were one of the first it not the first, and the train just left the station without them on it ... :2 cents:

Hey guys, just saw this.

We were fixing two issues prior to sending out payments for November which have subsequently been fixed, we had planned to send them out on the 5th. However our accounting woman has been ill literally for a week and is the only one that can process these payments.

Yes, I know this isn't the best system, we're working on a failsafe so this doesn't happen again of course. That being said, I've heard word that come hell or high water payments will go out tomorrow both electronic and physical checks.

It's the holidays and I know it's not convenient, but you've got our apologies for what it's worth and we're working on a ton of improvements to the beta.kinkydollars admin for you guys, it's one of my top priorities.

All this being said, if you have any emergencies you can e-mail me directly. [I can't rush your checks out to you but if you have tracking issues or payment discrepancies I can help there] and any other bug reporting can come to me or Carla as well.

The VR product was given away for free to test, gauge interest, and work out the kinks. We will be sending out news on actual VR products very soon, trust me, we didn't miss the train out of the station haha.

We sell a unique product and it comes with it's on challenge to keep the VR both on brand and in line with the fetish aspects our users expect. Keep your eyes peeled.

This should be fixed by EOW, it's just a display issue and we're finishing up the script that's going to fix this.

What's up with stats in beta? Not showing any data after 12/22/16. How visitors and sales can be traced? And when this issue is going to be fixed?

Yep. We're aware. It's a display issue not a data issue. Everything has tracked correctly but for some reason isn't populating in the stats. I spoke with tech an addressed this in a separate thread, they're working on it. However since a lot of our staff is on vacation for the holidays, it's slow going. Yesterday was the first day back in the office and I know they're still working on it today, we're on PST so it's still got some time today.

I'll post up here once the issue is resolved.

And as always, e-mail me with any direct questions that the above doesn't resolve. Ask anyone above, I get back to you within 24 hours and I follow up on any unresolved issues, even if the answer is "still waiting."

Stats should be showing now for the dates that were missing. Some of the data is still compiling so you may see slightly [upward] fluxuations in numbers over the next few hours.

Aren't you just the sweetest. Like before it's simply a data import issue not a tracking issue. Missing stats will be applied and sales and traffic have been tracked accurately.

This is the internet, things go wrong sometimes, then they get fixed.

Could you let us know when you plan to fix it ?

It's top priority, should hopefully be fixed today, as soon as I'm notified the fix was implemented I'll post up here.

Should be fixed. Might take a little time for the stats to finish populating and may not be complete until the dev push tomorrow, but that's the latest.

I had like 10 cancels in dec of 2016 and since I dont promote kinkydollars much nowadays, those were last long term subcribers. Seems to me a bit suspicous that all of them suddenly cancelled.

So, will the correct amounts and renewals be showing in stats by tomorrow?

So, is stats working properly at the moment? How can I find out whether I have no signups or rebills at all in January or I have signups and rebills without seeing it?

To my knowledge the stats issue has been fixed. Sorry for whatever reason GFY notifications weren't coming in. If your numbers still look wrong, e-mail me with screenshots or specific examples so I can take a deeper look or send it to tech for investigation.

And how would you like us to notify you? In Kinkydollars, in an e-mail, on here? Serious question, in the future let me know what you'd like us to do.

Also guys keep in mind it's XBiz / Internext / AVN's and I'm on the road for those, I'm doing the best I can. Carla our old affiliate manager is no longer with us and I'm taking over her duties for the forseeable future along with my own so please be patient. I'll get things fixed and get you paid, check with a few other people in this thread and the other one, I've found their money [often, more than they were expecting, which doesn't mean we were hiding it, we just had some errors and they're being fixed.] Kink has been around forever and we're not about to start fucking over affiliates now.

Just spoke to tech, they're targeting 1/16 as the payment date if all goes well. Will post an update if I hear more or if there will be any further delay.
