I was thinking would it possible for you to tell someone in private then some things in order to show that you were telling the truth and they in turn could summarize the evidence? Perhaps this person could have a (nice respectful) phone conversation with you and your girlfriend? Maybe see a few scanned in documents too. Maybe someone most here would trust like perhaps Sly or Eric if they would be willing.

Then you and your girlfriend could still have some reasonable privacy while wtill keeping your reputation here. Just a thought.

You must have missed the part where he's been PM'ing stuff that doesn't prove anything to sonofsam.

paperwork and information is given on the chemo drugs, treatment schedule, diet, hygiene etc

based on what I read the most effective treatment for chondrosarcoma is surgery. either way, for someone who is an advanced state of cancer (again, it's grade 4 not stage 4 as the OP presented it in his first post) it's not uncommon to not be on chemo or radiation. At grade 4*, for many the quality of one's last months is more valuable than undertaking rounds of body-ravaging treatment that serve only to increase physical distress.

*I'm not a scientist, but since grade 4 refers to the growth of malignant cells that are undifferentiated from surrounding normal, healthy cells, I'd make an (uneducated) guess that any chemo or radiation treatments provided at that point would cause equal damage to healthy tissue. if that's the case, quality of life in one's final months isn't the only issue, an additional factor would be the efficacy of the treatment itself.

either way, someone who is afflicted with cancer would have a ton of documentation from the hospital and their doctors regarding their disease. the OP's reluctance in providing any proof to sonofsam or the mods at this point just seems self-defeating.

@Yngwie, if this is all really happening I get that you're under an anvil of grief and stress right now. Why not just send Sam a scan of a medical record that proves her diagnosis, collect the funds and get back to what really matters? Fighting on the internet is the least productive way you could choose to spend your time. there are quite a few peeps in this thread who would help if you would only meet them halfway and provide some tangible evidence.

I find this thread very sad. Regardless of what the truth actually is. That and I need to quit smoking.

No he did get some of the money to people whom donated directly too him.. The $1500 came in to play mainly because people were calling him out and asking for proof after his story kept falling apart.

I have no motive or agenda in believing or disbelieving your claims, I'm simply looking at this situation in a way any reasonable person would. Peeps in this thread have suggested dozens of ways to provide evidence, all methods which would maintain your gf's privacy. Your resistance serves only to cast further suspicion.

In comparison, yes...it's less than south of the border. But he's also the national CEO, if I'm not mistaken. Coyle is merely a regional (provincial) CEO.

But I wouldn't refer to it as "not so bad". Six figure earnings for any charity work is just all-round shameful IMO.

I'm going to leave it until next Monday for him to provide verifiable proof - and without it I'll be contacting Sudbury police and supply them with info from the thread and strongly suggest they look further into it.

In the meantime, I'll be talking with a few local NRP (Niagara Regional Police) buddies I have and seek their advice as well.

I really hope Yngwie does the right thing, provides verifiable proof...and collects some money. I'd rather see a good ending...than a bad one to this situation.
