I, my brother and our friend have also hit something big recently. It's a major tech improvement for mobile phones. Me and my brother are both electronics engineers and the three of us (with our friend) have developed something huge. I can't talk about it for obvious reasons, but in 6 to 8 months everyone in world are going to have it in their phones. We've been negotiating with Samsung for the last 3 months, and we are finally meeting them in 4 days to sign all the papers. I've been freaking psyched for the last week when we received the final green light call from them. When we sign the deal the three of us won't have to work a single day anymore, including everyone in our families. Maybe i'll arrange for a similar giveaway as yours for GFY users.

Btw.. strange thing you mention about going off the grid.

I've been encountering this more and more lately.. starting with myself 3-4 years ago and learning bushcraft / return to nature type of deal.

Not sure if it's being around computers so much.. or the state of affairs these days.. But more and more people I talk to want to be completely self-sufficient and live far off in the country somewhere with natural resources.

Might just be a sign of the times.. or perhaps an innate understanding that it's time to run for the hills.

I envy those whom have land and the knowledge to work it, but in a good way ;)
