God... it's like every single person is retarded on this forum. Do emails not work? And this is not directed at op. Why is a company replying on this forum that they got an email and replied?

And why is verotel saying they haven't missed a payment in 18 years with disclaimer saying except for AmeliaG?

You can't have it both ways...
