Wow. Alright this is blowing up. In a good way. From small to big. Awesome stuff. I have some ideas for this and would love to hear your feedback.

My original idea was to pick 1 to 3 people and work with them. But now that I?ve seen the response I think a better solution is to help a lot of people with a little bit of advice versus helping a handful of people with a lot of advice.

There are going to be a few categories of people that people fall into.


Category 1. People that I just can?t provide any value to. This may be people in a market I don?t understand or be at a level above my pay grade. It?s not personal. There are just some areas I can?t provide much value to. I?m not going to pretend. If I can?t help out I will let you know.

Category 2. People that I can provide a few ideas to but not massively helpful. Again I?m not a jack of all threads. What I know I think I know very well. What I don?t know I don?t pretend to know :) For these people I?ll send some ideas and do my best to help out but probably won?t be massively helpful.

Category 3. Those that fall between category 2 and 4 lol

Category 4. People that I can really help out. I?ve already come across one case like this. It?s a smaller company that with a few moves over the next little while can set themselves up to possibly double what they make in adult right now. For people like this I?d like to make a public post for the ideas I?m sharing with you. That way it?s helpful not only to you but also to others in a similar position. If I have 3 ideas for a foot fetish site operator there is a good chance the core ideas behind my ideas could help someone in another fetish niche. By making it public I think it can really help the companies more as well. One you now have people watching and making you accountable for your actions or lack of :) The other is if you are unable to execute on some of the ideas I have there is a huge community of people that can help out and offer their services. Could be a win win win for everyone :)


Let me know any thoughts or ideas you may have. Would love to hear ideas on how to best organize this to provide maximum value.

Why give away all your ideas for free when you could be charging people for mentoring/coaching.
