Two countries attacked by Russia and all so they could have a military base in each one.. Despite the people in those countries not wanting Russia there. |

Shit happens ... Too fuckin' bad ... There are 200,000 dead (or more) due to this war. 60,000+ combatants and the balance civilians most of them killed by ISIS and the Syrian Army also by various rebel factions. Maybe 3,000? civilians killed by US and Russian bombs. |
lol, if Assad would be killing "ordinary people" on purpose, he wouldnt stand almost 6 years like he already is and he wouldnt get any public support at all...
military would get rid of him. my estimates are that around 30-40 % of Syrians support Assad, around 30 % various opposition forces (including Daesh) and 30-40 % dont support noone, as they want to live in peace and be left alone. so yeah, their choice would be Assad and syrian government too as sign of stability. 2011 "democratic" revolution with "peaceful" protesters throwing flowers...er.... grenades at police and army has been long time ago hijacked by various jihadist groups my friends visited Syria in 2010, they loved this country, too bad that now in 2016 there is no such country anymore :(:( |
What the fuck is Syria going to do about it? They only exist as a government right now because we allow them to exist.

Every war will no doubt have civilian casualties, the difference here is that Asad who is supported by Russia is systematically attempted to exteminate entire populations of civilians by destroying the entire cities. This is what Russia supports.. Why does Russia support it? Because it has created a massive rufugee problem that tje West has to deal with and so they don't lose their military base. It's funny, your leader has raped your entire country and stolen the future from your people. He supports a mad man like Asad who commits war crime after war crime,...but Russia good white knight.. USA bad.. You are so brainwashed little commie friend.. |

my common sense reply was: he doesnt do that on purpose and big scale, as he would lose public support and support of his army. you probably know the meaning of the word "collateral damage" (ha ha) and "targeted strikes" (ha ha once again) - this is how it looks like in reality. sadly.
you can't strike successfully on the city where so called rebels live in normal houses and are spread out like normal people. thus, civil casualties from such war are terrible I'm not saying that Assad is saint or whatever. He is a bastard, probably not that big bastard like Saddam was (Iraq- iran war for example...using of chemical weapons by Saddam approved by US in 80's), but still. but the question is: do you prefer to live in a country like Syria was under "brutal Assad regime", in lets say 2005 or 2010 (just google the photos and compare it with whats now over there), or do you prefer current state of affairs in Syria ? Do you prefer to live in a country when peacefully live together (all under "brutal assad regime") Kurds, Sunnis, Shias, Yazidis, Alawites and Christians or do you prefer Syria when one mindfuck group kills and slaughters others because they are not "islamist enough" ? Thanks in advance for ignoring my reply !:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaug h:1orglaugh Quote:
