I think he needs to be 3% ahead to win the electoral that is favorable to democrats. He is, in my personal unscientific opinion, perhaps 4% better than where the polls have him. If he goes up 5%, IMHO, he wins. This is too close for comfort.

This year coming up there are only 2 companies I can choose from period and a estimated 62% increase. All major carriers have left the program. The two left will bail out of it as well as everyone has to jump over to them and they take on all of the losses.
