The monkey was the reason for me to not work with him. I don't understand people bringing a wild animal to a convention. And no I don't care that he was saved and apparently has a better life than me as others said to justify it.

As the former risk/fraud/affiliate manager for him ( fired because I asked to actually get paid without a bounced check) I can assure you all complaints in here are 100% legit. You should see how the employees were treated by both he and Shauna. Think I'd rather cut off my own fucking balls than consider ever working for the guy again. Would love to go into details but he probably owes so much money I'm sure giving away so many details about the business and shit that happened would be a godsend for him to try and get money from me lol

If you get some more info on him Duke, he still owes me (and government collections) a little over $3k still. Would be happy to share.

I've called out 2 people publicly. Brent Cunter and Honest Glenn from I$ which led to that infamous youtube rebuttal, but I digress. Is this the same guy from XXX Rewards also? I recall him bringing up that company as his as well, If not, my apologies in advance to XXX Rewards team.

Don't remember any XXX rewards being worked on by myself, but then again it was a shock when I had to ask about the affiliate being sent $10's of thousands each week to St. Kitts that had no stats lol

Oh and for some of the support staff, who were extremely awesome, they worked as well as they got paid as things went on. Majority of them were fantastic but once they were let go as employees and rehired as unpaid (if they got paid) independent contractors at less than what they made before. So I do feel like I have to give them a bit of a lift on that regard.

I'm curious where my legal situation stands regarding what I have to say.. I mean, looks like all the sites have shut down so fair game? Anyone? It would really be time to grab some popcorn.

Thank you. The strange part is he was actually paying me off for a bit. I think he paid off 500 or so. Then he started with "ohh i lost all my mids and the visa fines are killing me" and then the fake paypal checks that woukd stay pending for 30 days. I wish i was better at letting shit go.

The fucked up thing was is he was supposed to mail us. He allegedly has this big compliant list. I said ok. Waited.. nothing. He kept blowing me off: it's a holiday, let me check with creative, let me see this and that, so finally, I just said, "just give me the damn list and we'll call it even." He replies, "no way! That list is worth way more than what I owe you." As if the absurdity of his own statement didn't even resonate because of his pompus vitriol attitude. How about 1/4 of the list? The whole premise of owimg someone money, yet possesing something of value is proof positive he's a scumbag. I did my best to beseech him to hand over the list. Apparently, because he screwed over half this board, he doesn't mind my besmirch. His sibylline replies turned into silence which lead to my vociferation.

I know he frequents vegas of which we are setting up shop there. He's up in toronto and I bought a place 1 hour from there. I got that covered. Going to try the boots on the ground approach soon. I believe the amount will surpass small claims. It's grand larceny. His corp was set up in the states so I'm sure that could tie him in as applicable to us laws. I'm no attorney though

They're materialistic, money is their drug, the long term consequences of poisoning the well and or consequences, is off their radar the high of getting that stolen cash infusion helps them sleep at night unfortunately :2 cents:
