Both sides lie and as long as you keep picking them they have no reason to change.

As a committed Democrat, you're part of the problem and not the solution.

No matter if you like it or not, it's been a success. Sure it needs tweeks, but they are trying to convince the simpletons it's failing so they can repel it with no replacement.

Republicans have no plan at all nor do they intend to replace it. They want to end it and that will be that.

The insurance companies will then have a massive field day denying people insurance. They will claim they have to write new plans and anyone with a serious pre-existing health issue will be denied a new plan.

Even Republican state governors are scared to death because if Obamacare is repelled their states will take the brunt of it.

Meanwhile dumbfucks in DC are lying to the simpletons who are too stupid to realize it's them who will also lose their health insurance.

There's no reason at all to adopt the same system of Healthcare the rest of the modern world uses. Cheaper and better. So what's stopping America?

It was flawed from the start just like many predicted it would be but you libs wouldn't listen. "We'll read it after it's passed."

Fortunately it appears that Trump is listening to the only sensible person on the matter, Rand Paul. It looks like Paul may even be his repeal and replace go to guy.

So as they go bankrupt a Government run insurance scheme kicks in. Setting ceilings for drug prices, hospital care, doctors and surgeons etc.

What's stopping America from doing that?

The same thing that's stopping people on no-fly lists buying a gun. Corruption on both sides of the house and simpletons who vote like turkeys voting for Christmas.

It shouldn't come as a huge surprise. UnitedHealth had previously said that it lost $475 million on the ACA exchanges last year and could lose another $500 million this year.

Are you in favour of companies being able to maximise profits like this?

Or would you like a better system that costs half the money?

Seems you're against such a better and cheaper system.

Sorry, but you can't expect a for profit business to act like a government and/or charity. They have investors to answer to. If there's an area of the business taking on huge losses it's their responsibility to cut it out.

And ready to get ass raped as well. What happens when a for-profit company decides you've become to expensive to carry after years of making them money?

How much input did politicians bought and paid by the corrupt corporations have?

Was the original ACA set up to keep State Borders, drug and care prices high, etc?

Or were those changes put in to get the bill through the houses?

If so either way, you need to think long and hard about who you vote for.

A practical solution is in operation in most of the modern world.

Whatever replaces ACA will cost a similar amount of money.

Cross State Line competition only works if the Next State's hospitals charge a lower price. Hospitals, doctors, nurses, surgeons etc. Have to be willing to accept lower wages to make competition work. A better alternative would be to fly patients to India or Czech, or any country with a Private Hospital that offers lower rates. And of course, Insurance Companies have to be ready to charge less to earn more from more customers. Risking getting lots of people in poor health all paying less. Can you see that happening while they make so much already?

Drugs have to be brought in from overseas or have the prices fixed at a far lower rate. How much cheaper are the same drugs bought in Mexico, Canada, etc?

So long as the Healthcare industry is allowed to dictate to its customers. Customers will get overcharged.
