Both Trump or Pence are worst case scenarios for the US.. Both are insane in their own ways...

It wouldn't have to be classified as treason for an impeachment.

Whether it would be treason or not would depend on what was true and what exactly happened. For example, if he directly took information from Russian hackers and used that to hurt Clinton, I think that might be considered treason.

Isn't treason the one you commit against your own country?

Like Crooked saying yes to illegals (= saying yes to foreigners breaking your country laws)?

Conspiring with another state to win a political election is pretty serious stuff. Would they call it treason being he's the POTUS? My guess is no they would sugar coat it as much as possible but this if it pans out to be true is serious shit. Trump and those around him will be in for some serious issues if this all pans out.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump doesn't step down citing some mysterious illness or issue. Things will happen behind closed doors over this that's for sure. I bet there are reporters everywhere as well as all those congressmen who were left in the dark are reading these papers just as we are.. There will be a lot of answers demanded.

BTW Congress is already working on a few veto proof items against Russia. They want more sanctions and will make it so Trump can't say Crimea is now officially Russia.. They will pass both of these with veto proof majorities, meaning Trump can't do anything about it.

Everything you just stated I knew and concur with, but doubt that it falls under Treason. I think the exchange of political information is stretching it to be considered a Treasonous act.

Apparently Buzzfeed was the first to actually publish the memos.

https://www.buzzfeed.com/kenbensinge...6o2#.pwP2mOPmq

But in there they state:

Quote:

The documents have circulated for months and acquired a kind of legendary status among journalists, lawmakers, and intelligence officials who have seen them. Mother Jones writer David Corn referred to the documents in a late October column. Harry Reid spokesman Adam Jentleson tweeted Tuesday that the former Senate Democratic leader had seen the documents before writing a public letter to FBI Director James Comey about Trump’s ties to Russia. And CNN reported Tuesday that Arizona Republican John McCain gave a “full copy” of the memos to Comey on Dec. 9, but that the FBI already had copies of many of the memos.
(The October Mother Jones column mentioned in there is at: A Veteran Spy Has Given the FBI Information Alleging a Russian Operation to Cultivate Donald Trump | Mother Jones)

So, these papers have been floating around for a while and apparently nobody has been able to verify them, so whether they are real info or bullshit is definitely yet to be seen.

The articles I have read sourced them to an ex MI6 agent but they look more like notes that you would see from an investigative reporter although the document structure seems a little strange. It does not strike me as an "official" format, meaning from some government agency. There are usually more tells in real government intelligence papers but a journalist would probably not follow a standard labeling structure like these do.

We will see what happens I guess.

edited in: I saw after the fact that the ex MI6 agent was hired to do opposition research. Still the document structure seems fishy. The whole "Company Intelligence Report" stuff especially.

You are assuming Pence would be unscathed by this. Pence is part of the "Trump Admin". If Trump was getting this intel Pence would know it was coming from somewhere. This wasn't just implicating Trump but also key figures in his admin. It would be really hard for Pence to play dumb about all this..

Maybe it will be President Ryan...

The basic definition is that a person is either violating their allegiance to a country or they are trying to overthrow the government of the country. It can also mean doing something that directly harms the country.

I'm not sure Clinton's immigration policies would count as treason, but then again, I'm no lawyer.

Perhaps we will find out that Trump's spray tan isn't actually a spray tan, but is, in fact, the stain left from having a dozen Russian hookers pee on him.

Additional summary.

He works for the "company" and he created this report. The republican opposition said no thank you because it's likely made up nonsense. Democrats didn't care as long as it helped and most likely paid him to start shopping it around to numerous new agencies and none of them would touch it until now.. Now we know the truth behind why Reid was pushing for Trump/Russia ties investigation and that it's all based on this paid for "company intelligence report" The FBI has already investigated and found no link.... Suckers getting suckered by the media again.

crockett 01-10-2017 08:50 PM

I finally read through the entire thing.. The last page is rather interesting. It claims Trump's team was aware of the Clinton hacking and paid for much of it.

There is so much stuff in that report that is fucking crazy. If even a 10th of it is proven true there is no fucking way the election results should stand.

The Trump / Pence administration has obviously been utterly compromise. Pence cannot become President; He was elected to VP under false pretenses.

He's built a business of fucking people. Trump is nothing but fraud all around.

We can start with Trump University. Then we can discuss multiple condo projects that people paid millions for but the condos were never built. Then we can talk about the long list of contractors that haven't gotten paid, including the ones that filed a lien today.

We impeached President Clinton for a small lie made under oath. You can just imagine how this will go over.

I'm well aware Trump is no saint, but if the choice is between the guy who has fucked a bunch of people in order to make a bunch of money and the guy who thinks you can use electroshock therapy to make gay people straight, I'll take the scumbag businessman over the crazy person.

Yea I mean really, people doing these types of things have the connections to not go through customs. They aren't flying into an airport on an airliner, they are flying on private jets and off boarding at private sections of an airport or even a small airport.

Not to mention if they met on a plane and he never got off he doesn't even need to see customs.. There are lots of ways around stamps on passports, specially for very well off/connected people.

The FBI would laugh at him if he tried to use that defense. Might work on the simpletons but not anyone with half a brain..

Pence would have to be impeached too. Everyone at the top levels of the Trump administration are guilty. Pence is the number two man there - of course he knew.

You don't understand.. If this stuff ends is legit, neither Trump or Pence will be POTUS.. Pence will be impeached right with Trump if it comes to that. It would go to Ryan if we end up down that road, the Trump admin would be completely removed if the things in that document can be proven.

Since you mentioned the taking a picture thing it actually makes this story even more hilarious. The person who created the docs is so stuck on him being an ex-spy that he takes pictures of his own documents.. Just like they do in the movies. As if he broke into some secret facility had to quickly snap some pictures and steal the information contained on the documents. And then he went out shopping this information around. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh This shit show couldn't get any better.. lmao

Keep making stuff up. LOL.

We do not know who released these documents, or where they came from. Most likely the copy we are reading was not the original copy from the original source.

EonBlue 01-10-2017 09:13 PM

Clearly there is only one solution/outcome for the USA - single party/dictator government. The civil war to to get to that point is going to be very nasty and disruptive. I've never been much much of a doomsday kind of guy but I think I'm going to start reading up on some prepper tutorials.
