Rochard, my point is...number one: nobody helps our homeless like they do the refugees.
If an agency rounded up the homeless people, gave them a paid for nice apartment with furniture and filled the refrigerator with groceries...THEN let's talk about refugees from another country who have almost zero chance of ever successfully assimilating into our society...and who have been raised to treat women like dogs and HATE and KILL gay people. Is that really what we want? I would think that for immigration we would want the best and brightest. Not hateful people who will treat women like non-humans and gays like slaughterhouse animals. As for where terrorists come from...ISIS has already publicly stated that they would infiltrate the refugees. It's a no-brainer that they are going to do that. Why on Earth should we gamble on that? All of this "celebrating" is totally political with no regard to reality. This is pure b.s. from people who just can't accept how WRONG they were about the election. But this time, it has National Security ramifications. Does a federal judge have the right to stop Trump's order? Hell yes. Just like they stopped several of Pres. Obama's orders as well. But for people here to celebrate and cheer on countries like Iran and Syria over our own well-being is just...dumb. |

My old webmaster was a Syrian refugee living in San Diego. I met her a couple times, totally cool chick. She was telling me about the war going on there before it was even on TV here. You act like all these refugees don't have skills or speak English and are just going to be on welfare. You act like these people didn't come here to live a normal productive life in peace. You act like they are all animals that treat others like animals. You are wrong. We vet for 2 years to keep the losers, including terrorists, out. Do you understand? |
Robbie - have you ever stopped and offered to help any of the homeless people by giving them work?
I have...and what I found out is that with a few exceptions (and this was Northern Calif)..most of them do the street thing because it pays them better than getting a minimum wage job and they can hustle on the street for more. There are towns in No. Calif that San Francisco literally pays the homeless to go to, and subsidizes them, and even gives them an extra $50 a week if they have a pet....so naturally most of them have dogs or goats(I'm being serious). They have no aspiration of getting off the street..they have nice camps set up along rivers. The few that did want work were not in that class, and I helped them the best I could I don't expect that the Gov't should be paying for this....as a matter of fact by the time the bureaucracy is done with the money the taxpayers are paying 10 times what they should |

We are giving the homeless free food, free clothes, and a free place to live. I live in a town of fifty thousand people and we have a charity here in town that has handed out three million meals in the past year. The town next to us has a complex of "tiny homes" for the homeless. Another town next to us has the Lazarous project, where they have three large homes for homeless people. Larger local cities are using something called MicroPADs. Other cities rent out entire apartments for the homeless. You said refugees have "almost zero chance of ever successfully assimilating into our society". My grandmother was a refugee from Poland and didn't speak any English. My step-father came from Europe and spoke only French. And somewhere along the line, Robbie, you have family members that came to the US and chances are they didn't speak English either. You have to understand that if it was up to you... You wouldn't be an American citizen today. Do I want someone from Syria coming into my country? Or Pakistan? I honestly don't care. Someone from Syria isn't going to come to the US and commit a terrorist act. I am more likely to be killed by a toaster in a bath tub than I am by a terrorist act on American soil. I feel very strongly about what happened on 9/11, but this "ban" isn't going to prevent the next 9/11. The people who hijacked the planes were mostly from Saudi Arabia and Egypt, which isn't covered by the ban. This is nothing more than a new president trying to make it look like he is doing something to protect us. He signed a fucking piece of paper and then went on vacation to Florida. That's it. |
Fucktard chump thinks this is one big photo op. He signs executive orders with out consulting experts because obviously his degree from Trump U makes him an expert.
He does nothing but cause chaos which others have to fix instead of actually doing something to benefit this country He and his staff boldly lie to the people After less than two weeks of fucking things up, he feels like he needs a vacation |
It must just kill him that he doesn't have total control. He's a power monger! :1orglaugh

The next terror attack will be 100% on the left

States have the legal right to sue the Federal government if the state thinks the Federal government is violating the Constitution. That's exactly what Washington state is doing here.

The West is slowly being overrun by a culture in opposition to its own. As Bladewire points out this is worse in Europe and only allowed because they are Muslims or African. While other countries are banned from entering the EU. Even those with very needed high skills. I'm not racist, I'm elitist and believe immigration should be limited to the most deserving who will bring benefit and integrate into the society. We have enough proof that many cultures don't integrate. In the US and EU, there are areas that are already dominated by one race. Immigration of Muslims leads to more of these areas. They even refuse to integrate amongst their own religion. Inside or outside the ME. The West needs more people like it needs a hole in the head. With that fact in mind Governments have to protect the people already in the West, not worry about a culture that's determined to stay isolated outside the workplace. They may work alongside us, they won't mix as easily otherwise. The odds of them dating, marrying, having children, outside their creed are slim to none. |
Trump just got bitch slapped again.
