I don't see a word about the court order that was being enforced. "Trump" or a federal court? Did any of these 40 show up at court? What did they say to the judge? Why did they lose? Why would any honest reportage ignore the legal basis or that a judicial order was being enforced? It would not do so.

The polite word for this is fake news. Less polite, but true, is to describe it as propaganda by people so angry about losing an election that facts don't count don't count, from people so desperate and morally bankrupt that they are willing to willing to deceive and mislead others in order to use, manipulate and control idealistic people of good will for their own subversive purposes.
