Where are you reading that Obama apologized??? he made a statement the he himself did not order one. However, reports are saying that the FISA court did indeed start an investigation & perhaps ordered the wiretap. Keep in mind FISA court judges are a-political, as well.

Yet they really only dug into the DNC's, providing hacked documents to Wikileaks. The Trump campaign & Trump himself went on and on and on about how he loved these info leaks. He encouraged the hackers to go after Clinton even harder. He refused and continues to refuse to release his tax returns to dispel that he has financial interests or conflicts regarding Russia. Toss in Michael Flynn pissing Pence off by lying to him about conversations he'd had with the Russians, Manafort lying about not having Russian contacts, Sessions basically committing perjury by misleading congress in his confirmation hearing about his Russian contacts, and Kushner meeting with Russian reps without disclosing he had. It begs for the record to be set straight.

Had all these guys just been forthcoming in letting people know they'd had these contacts and why AT THE TIME, we wouldn't be having any of these conversations. These things look shady as fuck, and they could've avoided ALL of it by just being more transparent. So don't blame anybody else for these problems. It's primarily been self-inflicted.
