Everyone is too stupid to be alive these days and there's no good in humanity
We're all brain dead

The rule of gross tonnage applies in a situation like this. Biker + Car = Dead Biker. So it's a wonder the bike rider isn't dead.

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh yup just like I told everybody in 2005 that Donny Pauling was a piece of shit and you jerkwads came up with that stuff: Not enough info to determine just how much at fault :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Looks like the driver of the car was crossing the double yellow line which as a biker in LA I see all the time, I know that stretch of highway on 14, full of asshole.

It's clearly the drivers fault for putting the life of the biker in jeopardy.

Also I would point out there doesn't seem to be a passenger in the car which makes it illegal for that asshat to even be in the diamond lane in California. Whereas the biker is there legally!

Amazing how that truck flipped so easily, some kind of design defect?

I have the same question.

Turns out it was a 19 year old driving the Nissan and a 75 year old driving the Cadillac pick up , Of course the driver of the Nissan has said the biker flashed a knife at him. Very few bikers wear knives in LA as it's illegal in this county.

Guy that shot the video said the two were yelling at each other before this happened and the car was trying to leave the diamond lane. Not once did I see anything about a passenger in the Nissan, which leads me to believe he wasn't even supposed to be in that lane.

motorcycle driver will be fucked, once they will get him.

NO he won't. I lost my best friend to a hit and run 2 years ago, SOB got 1 year after being in this country illegally, killing one person and disabling for life another then leaving the scene.
No deaths here and the guy in the pickup is going to be ok. I'll bet the driver of the car will do far worse for being in a diamond lane with a passenger and causing an accident

Wow you sure assume ALOT there in favor of the biker. You assume everything in the bikers favor as a matter of fact, how strange :1orglaugh

I think it's safe to say the kind of biker that kicks a car at freeway speeds and, felony leaves the scene of an accident, is the same kind of biker to carry a gun or knife, it's likely the reason he fled the scene (aside from any open warrants he likely had) :2 cents:

When I lived in Boston, I'd travel Route 95 and 128. One day two cars ahead of me decided to hit each other as payback girl being cut off. One car rammed into an oil truck, causing the truck to rollover and spill hundreds of gallons of fuel on the highway and wooded areas. The other car just kept on going. Cops interviewed me and my story was the same as others. One guy died, the other was caught trying to cross to New Hampshire. The truck fire burned a hole in the road tar, it burned so hot.

Gerber makes good knives

It wasn't very smart.

Bottom line is, it's the biker's fault for kicking the car and instigating the accident. Just because someone cuts you off in traffic doesn't give you free reign to attack them.

This biker is just like many others. A bunch of macho assholes with little dicks on their big bad bikes who think they own the road and can slink around everyone else creating their own highway. Fuck them. I hope that guy ran into a tree and died later.

Are even civilian knives illegal in the USA? I mean non-military and non-hunting ones.

Ignore him, his comment was incorrect. You can have folding knives, which makes the 18 year old story total bullshit

What about the car driver who thinks cutting someone up is OK?

That's a bit harsh. Would be more fitting if he had to pee in a bag for the rest of his days. :thumbsup
