my eyes are open because live in poland becoming better and better
even without contrast to western countries where are many problems with terrorism or immigrants thats why current government have huge endorsement if you don't like it, just wait for next election, this is democracy but you even dont' vote if you are not in poland so stop talking bullshit and complaining, i see only frustration don't blame polish people and poland for this if you have problem with 2euro for tv media, if you have problem with 5cents more for gas, when gas is cheaper 20cents than 5 months ago things are really bad for you |
things are going better because thats the economic trend as for now, it doesnt have nothing to do with Pisss...Poland will be strong with salaries netto around 600 euros:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh and will greatly fulfil its task as a fabrique for german, dutch and french products :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:winkwink::winkwink:
with a small help of Ukrainians, that will for sure help to raise salaries in Poland, just like Poles did for british in UK:1orglaugh:1orglaugh unless you mean 500 + ? do you think that someone would plan his family because he will have promised 500 pln every month ? Korwin said about it: either this plan wont work and its lie, or it will grow population of "menels"... Also, it is really sad if nation doesnt understand that if government wants to give 500, it has to take away 600 or 700..that way or another... Also, Greece was also having boom and "prosperity", unless it was time to pay the bills/ debts..its great to consume in nice restaurant, too bad that at one point the waiter will appear with the bill...but who the f.. cares ? it wil be in 20 years, in that time mr K. will be dead already, just like his cronies Quote:

I suggest you to travel more, and turn off TV...:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1org laugh

do you hear about hard working greeks, in the uk for example? secondly, did you hear about vat carousels ? leaking billions from vat? current government stopped this and get huge bonus from taxes we the biggest overplus in budget in last 20 years, and its after new child benefits! did you know that? you know nothing about current situation there is tons of examples that this government working very good other countries has much higher social benefits, for example for children, families but you as pole complaining about adding (small) polish social benefits you complaining about everything polish the same as lefist, old communists, thiefs - PO party supporters and members, or stupid KOD crook members only obstruction, nothing more because of this and what you say, current government is stronger and stronger, and its good :) shame on you its very good that you are out of poland |
Anyone who mentioned politics will end up eating bags of dicks eventually.

Of course, Poland can offer something on a budget too, but lately, prices are going up and can't coop with the2-2,5K per square meter in a rainy, foggy and polluted with smog area of Malopolska. The mentioned house, won't be dealing with it, but still it's a sign there are low priced properties in Italy. Personally, I have found apartments in different towns in Northern Italy 50-70k EUR for 60-80 square meters. Ideal, IMO, turn key apartments 77-90 sq.m. start at 90-100k. Still cheaper than in Poland. |
i don't even suggest you poland, i just posted link as opposite to konrad
it was surprise for me that prices in italy are so low that italian property its just 800km from me thats why i asked about some urls of native italian property agencies :) I live in rainy malopolska :) but look, what view i have from my terrace :) http://jpghost.pl/pliki/0805/widok_1210651604.jpg |

"the same as lefist, old communists, thiefs - PO party supporters and members, or stupid KOD crook members only obstruction, nothing more...its very good that you are out of poland" dont make a complete fool out of yourself. its not black & white, yet you would like to make it that way.tomorrow im in Wroclaw :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh later Ukraine, to fuck some girls and learn Russian..and let me put it that way, your black-white way: how many languages do you speak, and how many countries did you visit as a voter of PIS ? how many foreign friends do you have and what are your perspectives ? still consider Poland as a belly button of the world and Polish state as the most important in the UNIVERSE ?:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh anyways, your english is still better than Sarn's, voter of Putin :1orglaugh:1orglaugh like they say: when two are fighting, the third is gaining...so peace :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:winkwink::winkwink: Quote:

klinton, the same as few years ago when everyone tell about financial catastrophe after 500+ benefit program
after two years these people shut their mouths off even PO members wanted give more for a moment :) so, lets see how it will be for few years and don't waste time to write about poland, especially when only complaining on international adult forum on everything what from poland |

This relates to the WEATHER only. I love people, i speak the language, they honestly don't understand and don't know the weather is shit. Polish are very traditional and in general love their country. Please, do not put any politics in use, it's unrelated. The only reason I was looking for a house that cheap is it's placement, Italy, near Portogruaro that offers all the range of services for a daily life. |
I wasn't suggesting poland instead of italy, I was just saying that even in a "cheaper" country you would be hard pressed to find property THAT cheap, which makes it suspicious. Italy is expensive...
|
Quote:
Suspicious too? |

Edit: I take that back, there's an office chair in the kitchen next to the fridge. Sketchy as fuck. |

This is also quite cheap. €68k for a decent 80m2 appartment Appartamento in vendita a Portogruaro, via marmolada 4 - 33400881 - Casa.it |

That being said, the area around Krakow is the smoggiest part of Poland, most of the country really isn't that depressing. Those properties you are looking at, you need to remember that: - Living in some rural villages further from major cities, you will not have good internet access, you might be stuck with some mobile-network internet and get 2mbits. - You will stand out like a sore thumb - Renovating those places in italy will cost much more then in PL or UA because of the labour costs (unless you plan to lay tiles/electric/etc yourself) - You will have more problems with language barrier, even ordering a stupid garbage container for your renovations might be a problem if the company doesn't speak english. I would suggest staying in Poland but get out of Krakow. I highly recommend where I am, or check out a place here called Sobótka about 30km from here. Mountain city, fiber to most of the houses/apartments, and overall really nice/not depressing. |
Quote:
As to your suggestions, found several Sobotka based properties I could afford to buy on spot, Tyniec Maly seems to have no offers I can afford right away. I love Krakow, but last year was so fucking smoggy . . . it stays the same, people keep running heating using coal and garbage. It's a real problem, 2018 should bring in a new law but it's execution is questionable. Also, prices have gone up, they keep building new blocks around the city but even being new they are being built close to each other, reminds me about Kiev tho in Kiev they pump 20 stories + ). Sobotka, 35 kms to Wroclaw, it's epically suburban, seems like that. Back from Italy, will take a drive around that area to check it out. Again, pricing is good. Thanks for your input. |
Quote:
I don't know what your budget is but there's a developer making some town-houses that are reasonably priced: http://tynieckiezacisze.pl/ Check out also "Domasław", "Bielany Wrocławskie" and "Żerniki Małe". Those are all villages very close to me. |
Check out Dzierżoniów as well. It's a little further out then Sobótka, and Sobótka has much more "nature" feel to it but the property is cheap and if you don't mind buying something with a shittier looking interior and renovating, it may be the way to go.
https://www.otodom.pl/sprzedaz/dom/dzierzoniow/?search[description]=1&search[order]=filter_float_price%3Aasc&search[dist]=0&search[subregion_id]=33&search[city_id]=1186 You'd have to rip off all the wallpaper and change the communism bathroom, but https://www.otodom.pl/oferta/wolnost...U.html#gallery[11] comes with 5000m2 property... But overall as I wrote - Sobótka if you want cheap, peaceful nice and out of town, or try to find something around me if you want to be closer to the city (ie for when kids go to college). |
wroclaw is expensive, and not give you benefits for that higher price
i know that, because i moved from wroclaw to south to 200k city, i still have flat in centre and living here is much more simple, better people have beautiful houses, big plots, tons of beautiful places, mountains, hotels, restaurants, for spending free time roads are very good, no traffic jams, everything is fast and smooth, air is clean and you have more time for yourself and family even in hospitals more free space, everything is no problematic when i go back to wroclaw i become angry, for that slow car motion, big holes, poor angry people mixed with rich and tourist |

I'll write you an email. |
So let's check your brain. What do you know about Italian erotic movies? Mmm Italian girls should look very hot.. Hm
|
generally speaking houses/ flats in Spain, Portugal and many places in Italy are cheaper than in Poland. if you compare them at the same level...there are few exceptions to that, however its like that :)
wake up :) Quote:

:-) I'm in Lower Silesia now, drove (once again in this life) like 400 km today on r. 35 and 8, some smaller roads and I love this region :-)
maybe because it was always german, has german heritage and was kind of built later by migrants from Poland and USSR (after 2nd world war)...everyone is somehow fresh blood here, just like new young students :) and now Ukrainians.... just like I love Mazury in Poland, also ex- german places :-) I still like Wroclaw, huge sentiment for this city, but yeah, like you said - sometimes its ridiciously expensive for what it offers - rent is one of such examples....I saw some roads fixed today around PKP, but I still see potholes on the pedestrian zone and lots of dogs shit :-) "air is clean" ? where do you live ? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh also in the winter ? :winkwink::winkwink: Poland and Bulgaria have most polluted cities in EU, but maybe yiu had luck :) Quote:

charming indeed, but later, at some point, you will see that your only entertrainment there is riding bicycle and eating cheap shitty kebab :-)

if you live in wood, or woods are surrounding you, you have much cleaner air than in wroclaw or other big cities wroclaw is expensive, right, i wrote the same and you not get anything good, better forthr price you are wrong that poland is most polluted country, look at current maps germany or france is worse where are green luges of europe? maybe wilderness in poland?? :) its not that bad as you say for sure |
Quote:
|
Krakow is different thing, i agree, but its not only matter of pollution but
location of the city, surrounded by mountains there is central heating, but very old building does not have access to it :) on ukraine you had gas for free from russia, so its different thing too :) gas in poland is expensive krakow is worse than wroclaw because of this, there is very high cancer ratio so its stupid paying so much for properties there and live shorter :) better stay in wroclaw :) i live 100km from krakow in straight line |

Sobotka is really nice scenary, everywhere he has to go is uphill so exercise and good for health, and close enough to wroclaw if he has to buy something he cannot on the spot and when kids go to university. |
