settle down... it's an amendment. It is by definition a change to the original due to circumstances rethought after. The discussion can be had about further change without yelling: traitor! In fact, any attempts at denial of such a discussion would in itself be unconstitutional.

I don't have a solution myself, and wouldn't pretend to being an outsider. But the discussion should always be there.

The bill of rights are amendments to the constitution by the way. From there, laws have been created to protect those values for everyone.

The second amendment could be eroded away by another bill of rights and like president college you won't have a choice or know the actual agenda till it happens.
