Britainīs homeless has risen & sadly itīs many older people just lost their homes to landlords evicting, not for their misdemeanours :(

And that's the problem with liberals. I live in one of the most liberal states and my neighbors are the same way. They are all for sanctuary cities but when I ask if they wouldn't mind some illegals moving into our town with 140k+ median household income they have that dumb look on face like.. huh??

Pres. Johnson declared "War on Poverty" to end poverty in the 1960's.

To date the U.S. Govt. has spent over 22 TRILLION dollars over this span of time.

The result: It's worse than before.

That tells you all you need to know about what happens when Big Govt. gets involved in something.

Again, apples and oranges. Not wanting someone to live on the sidewalk in front of your apartment building and wishing there were better ways to help those people is one thing. Not wanting an immigrant to move into the apartment next to you is another.
