I receive tens of thousands monthly in Paxum payments and withdraw them by wire transfer without a problem.

how about transfers to card? does it work? this is what people are complaing about the most.

Paxum has always been great for me. Lots of my advertisers pay me via paxum and I never have an issue when I do a transfer to my biz bank account. Seems the only people complaining here are the ones relying on the MC.

well, the thread title is BS. anyway people relying on the MC pay for it and they expect to be able to use it properly. this week transfers to card are down daily, it's to be expected people will complain.

I also made a purchase on steam yesterday wtih the card to try to clear it. It went through by my balance on paxum is unchanged. It seems like they have issues connecting to whatever API they are using to fund/get info on the card.

We have Received few payment from advertisers this morning with no problem either .

You know I love you Ruth - This is getting out of control though - Paxum is operating as a bank - Can you imagine if BOA or any of the big guys had 1% of the problems you guys have - Just 1% and all hell would break out - Friendly advice - look for a new job...

I know it sucks that we've had the downtime on transfers to cards this week, and we're very sorry for the inconvenience that was caused, but as you can see, even though transfers to cards has gone down it has come back up each time, and no other services have been affected. Cards are working, P2P transfers are working, withdrawals are working, etc.

I appreciate your advice, but I will respectfully choose not to take it, as I'm more than happy with my current position. Paxum is a great company to work for with core values that I believe in. I get to do business with some terrific people and companies, and our own team is filled with knowledgeable and professionally skilled individuals and they're an awesome bunch to work with. :)

If Ruth quits I stop using paxum :1orglaugh Her support is always the best, has helped me numerous times.
