1) I didn't know there was another public board like GFY, and

2) Does the person have a name? It was well-written, and the door seems to be open for the future - at least fr this person.

It was Dan Epstein, FCP rep

ooooooh... that's the name on here who is also handling questions about the new Payoneer. Which went no where, because they are not licensed on Nevada, USA!

Not that I have time all day to read Forum posts, and maybe you were reading a non-adult Forum, but I am curious if there are other mainstream Forum resources?

On the gay side, I contribute GayWideWebmasters, since 2004, because that one is public.

Hi everyone, these are indeed inconvenient times for us, myself included. There are literally tears in my eyes as I'm writing this.
The latest developments were not any process or a discussion that I was aware of, or participating in.
All existing funds on cards can be accessed at ease, there's no cause to withdraw all remaining funds from the cards at once, however there will be no additional payments loaded. This relates to prepaid cards.
Existing bank transfer services for selected sending websites, are still functional, as far as I know at the moment.
No one will be chasing their funds, and nobody's funds will be frozen. The service is ceasing in a manner that everyone will be able to find an alternative.

I would like to thank everyone in here for teaching me about the adult space, and its workers, which I've grown to love and respect.
With that being said, I am not going anywhere yet, each member in here will receive my assistance to the best extent of my knowledge, during and after the cease down if needed.
I am hopeful that within a few weeks, when all of this passes, I will find my way back into the adult space, as I feel that there's still a lot more I wish to give to all of you.
Feel free to reply, feel free to reach out, feel free to express any insight or grievance, I will be around here, as long as you will let me, even if not as an industry rep.

which board is that?

this...

yes, poor guy´s been so successful as an agent and dealing with customers for FirstChoiceBanking...

anyway, the short story is you can remove finances from the card and the account to account payments are continued, however, you won´t be able to add to your card accounts :(

JJE 04-10-2018 06:40 AM

Did First Choice Pay continue to serve USA clients? Post the Paxum withdrawing services etc?

Possibly FATCA related?

Tjeezers 04-10-2018 06:41 AM

AFF did their payment batch yesterday
Their payment would be sent back to them according to last info.

Any chance of you please giving us an update? Did Mastercard pull the pin, Choice Bank, something else? Do you know if Paxum is effected?

NickBaer 04-10-2018 06:57 AM

Thanks. I didn't know what Amber Cutie was until I Googled it, because I work on the gay side.

But I still didn't find it!! Just glad you are now part of this thread to help us all move forward.

Glad that you are here.
Would you please answer some questions about current FCP situation?
- When will FCP be closed completely?
- Can we use ATM card to make payment online and withdraw fund via ATM? If yes, for how long?
- If fund in ATM depletes, will money be transferred from that FCP account owner to ATM card like before so that we can withdraw more?
Thanks for help.

Just sent an email to Ruth, I'm sure Paxum will be affected, its been a week since their API to load card was going on and off, now i understand why.

Imagine the time and the cost to find an alternative and issue new cards to everyone...

nastyrat 04-10-2018 07:29 AM

... and Paxum just charged me $44 for a card renew. Awesome!:321GFY

Why do you think they just setup instant withdrawals because they probably had an idea something like this would happen.

Ruth posted this last week about the card issues: "we have been working on a solution that should resolve the issue within the next few weeks"
Maybe she meant they already found a new card issuer?

Paxum Statement Regarding Choice Bank

Paxum Inc would like to address any concern our clients may feel after the recent news regarding Choice Bank Limited. On April 9th 2018 Choice Bank Limited informed its customers that it has been forced into a constrained position by the regulatory authorities.

Paxum would like to reassure our customers that this is an issue between Choice Bank and its regulatory authorities directly, and it is completely unrelated to Paxum. Paxum is just a customer of Choice Bank.

As a result of the news from Choice Bank we regret to inform you that Paxum cards can no longer be loaded via transfer to card. However it is important to note that any funds that currently exist on any Paxum card issued by Choice Bank are fully available and can be used as normal at the ATM and for POS purchases.

We are grateful that only a small portion of Paxum users are affected by Choice Banks situation, as it only relates to the Paxum issued card. All other aspects of Paxum services are operating normally, and regular service is uninterrupted. We apologize for this inconvenience caused to Paxum card-holders by Choice Bank, and we are working hard to promptly implement our new card solution.

As part of our commitment to providing a reliable payment service, and as a result of lengthy card issuing delays through Choice Bank over the last few months, Paxum had already been exploring alternative card issuing options and we have finalized a backup card. New cards are currently being printed. There will be no additional cost to the user for the new card, and we should have everything completed within 4 weeks. We will update clients as soon as the new cards have been shipped and implemented.

http://paxumblog.com/wp-content/uplo...paxum-card.png

In the beginning of March 2018 Choice Bank experienced problems loading funds to cards and at that time Paxum pro-actively introduced Instant Withdrawal to External Credit/Debit card as an additional instant withdrawal option. Many clients have tried this option, and we recommend it for any Paxum client seeking instant access to their account funds while a replacement Paxum card is being implemented. Please note, some restrictions do apply.

Paxum payment solution has always been more than just a card, which is why problems that our card issuer Choice Bank is experiencing will not cause any long-term damage to Paxum's ability to provide consistent secure global payment services.

Paxum offers multiple withdrawal options (Wire, EFT/ACH, External Credit/Debit Card, and Transfer to Other Accounts), instant payments worldwide, and we still offer instant withdrawal. Paxum cards will be back very soon, and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients payment needs in the meantime.

These things happen so just got to get on with it. I have a payment from juicyads scheduled this weekend via first choice. Guess companies like this and chaturbate etc will be sending us all emails soon

I just bought a prepaid visa from the store. When I tried to use it said it wasn't activated. This is the first time in my life it's ever happend. I think some serious shit is going on right now with the banks.

NickBaer 04-10-2018 08:32 AM

I know this started as people venting about Paxum this and that...

But my problem is that XTube has been exclusively Payoneer then FC since 2009.

It now offers options of Western Union check or Wire (min $500).

I get Western Union electronic payments from one partner, so is Western Union "check" the option of paper or EFT. I'll have to look to see if they charge for the Wire. And if a US bank considered domestic or International.

Anyone have experience?

SleepWalker 04-10-2018 09:14 AM

Ruth, you stated: " New cards are currently being printed. "

Can we pay to get them sent overnight to us? Do you know what will be the monthly limit?

Thank you!

Never keep more money on those types of cards than you are prepared to lose.

NickBaer 04-10-2018 01:17 PM

I have not received one email from any Program that I am an Affiliate of... that I chose (the old Payoneer)/FirstChoice payout option.

The 2nd major one, I have taken care of, on my own.

Same here. I have not even gotten a notice from FCP either. I logged into my FCP account and there's no news about this or anything.

Anyways, I went to an ATM and got my funds, tomorrow I go again and get the rest just to be safe.

Ugh, so I just sent them a big wire to fund my models today. Horrible timing. I am trying to recall that wire now. I spoke with the online chat and then Pearl Levy called me. She seems to be the one that is in charge of taking care of all the clients. She was very sweet and seems to be trying to help as best as possible. I hope my funds aren't tied up too long...or even worse...lost :\

This is why crypto needs more adoption. Fuck banks.

I'm no financial wiz but to me this sounds like they're operating in a fractional capacity, with a good portion of customer's funds tied up in profitable investments rather than just stored as 100% available cash. That's how a "Savings" bank can go broke.

CAM4 has a notice about FCP on the cam4bucks Performer area page. Paxum is an option. 1 of 4.

Bonga Cash sent a email overnight. Including a weird message: "If you are using Paxum, please also make sure to use an alternative payment method: WebMoney, Wire Transfer or ePayments. Payments planned for 13.04.2018 will not be made via Paxum."

If BongaCash really removed Paxum as a payment option because Paxum is out of its own branded debit card for about a month, it shows they don't understand a thing and probably don't deserve to get your biz.
