The thing that people don't understand (and Paxum doesn't tell you) is that the "instant withdrawal to external card" is completely dependent on your bank and that milage will vary GREATLY from one user to the other.

NOT ALL banks participate in those systems and it is not something which is available to all. It is "instant" from Paxums' side, money leave the sender, but then it is up to Visa and Mastercard to deliver it to the bank which then delivers it to your account connected to the card.

Visa and Mastercard have no problems sending the funds to your bank, but then the problems start at your bank since not all are setup for this to work, but the sender, in this case Paxum, cannot know that which makes it a bit silly for them to promise/promote "instant withdrawal".

This process can take up to 10 business days - as far as I can calculate, 10 biz days are passed already, so is any of cards issued to anyone? How long should we be waiting for real? Please just tell what % of cards are already issued, printed and mailed. Thanks. I think that would ba a useful issue for all of us, waiting for paxum to come back!

Ruth, serious question. I am in Canada. How is that I can get wires from Japan, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Germany and California all within 1 to 3 business days -- I've had US ones arrive the same day), yet a wire transfer initialized from Paxum last Friday (if you include that day, today is the 6th business day) is still not here. Not bitching, just boggled by how long it takes to get a simple wire.

Up until last month, Paxum wires to me were ALWAYS within 2 to 3 business days. But beginning at end of last month, the Paxum system somehow "misplaced" the transit and routing numbers that have been on my account details for months. And now there are delays with wires. Is that all related?

Just got mine that I requested on May 2nd, so hopefully you'll get yours soon. Definitely took longer than it usually does. :(

Im noticing, that the balance of my paxum card (choice bank made), does not updating anymore. No more "pending charges".
Anyone got an idea why? (Ruth?)

When I logged it was the same for my new card, what not showing my current pendings. I simply clicked refresh on the side and I got it ok.

With an increased number of clients we're also experiencing an increased number of withdrawal requests. As a result there are some minor delays being experienced through the accounting department. We have hired additional staff but they are still in-training. We anticipate a return to usual turnaround in June.

With regards to the issues with routing/transit, the processor we are using to issue wires requires Transit and Institution number for all Canadian wires and this did result in some delays with some clients wires.

Please bear with us as we adjust to the new volume. You can always monitor the status of your withdrawal in the Withdraw Funds >> Withdraw Funds History section of your Paxum account. Validated status means it is on its way to you.

Ok thanks i have 1 visa and 1 mastercard from the same bank and the visa works but the mastercard does not

Please tell us what else You need, or date when the account will be done. It takes months to make it, as You can see, we are trying to make it starting from August, 2017 and something is wrong, please write me what info You need else to open bank account with paxum!

We also asked them for ability to send wires to 3rd parties some time ago with no luck :-)
I hope it will be possible someday.

Has anyone tried buying/renewing domains with the temp card on name.com?

I tried renewing some of my domains today and got this error:

"We were unable to process your order. The issuing bank has put a temporary hold on the card. Please contact the issuer for more details."
