How can a big company like this have zero support? No matter what happened with the card issuer Paxum shouldn't treat their users like this. This is unacceptable.

I have a mainstream business where the core is card printing and members management. I don't know how things work where there is a bank involved and who is actually making cards but it takes a very short time period to print a card. Even the most basic card printers like Evolis entry-level series, you can print tons of shit per day.

Considering that there is no statement, I am afraid of my money. Will stop two wire transfers if it is not too late. Not answering to support tickets reminds me to epassporte episode. Won't get out of bed now, but will do it immediately in the morning

They are either being instructed by Paxum to ignore GFY threads, or are just fucking useless.

Ruth came on here and answered a question last week. 1-2 posts in almost 2 weeks.

I think that they have some more problems and they try to resove IT. Printing is not the problem. Probably issues with the banks or similar things. Thats why they do not inform us whats going on. First of all they need to fix things and afer this they tell something clear.

No matter what problems they have it's UNACCEPTABLE the way they treat us. We're making them a ton of cash. It's simply unbelievable how a company like this does business. It seems like it's run by some kids!

I withdrawn some money LAST WEEK to my external card and I still didn't get it. And they say it's instant. Instant my ass. Super disappointed.

That changes nothing. You have service as it is. It's your choice to use it or not. If you need better service, make one. Doesn't take a genious to realise things are going to be shitty for the next couple of months. You can burn in the process if they go belly up, or everything can be fine after they catch up with the extended volume they got after fcp closed, but noone can choose if you want to do business with them but you yourself.
