No it's not Glen
Fascism is a very specific ideological political philosophy.
It's very irresponsible for you to label those against fascism as fascist.
Things at rallies are things no matter what side.
The GOP controls the House, The Senate, the presidency and soon the Supreme Court.
One ideology controlling all branches of the government. That's not a Democracy, no matter what party. There are no checks and balances.
The GOP stands back & let Trump break laws and congressional rules, not saying a word or holding him or his cronies accountable. Congress is the 3rd pillar of our government that is supposed to keep the POTUS in check.
