Give him a A for attempted damage control. I don't think Trump wanted to do today's interview - His handlers forced him to do it with that bullshit his writers advised him to read. I think Trump is better off forgetting yesterday and today and moving on to something else.

Still a Trump supporter but yesterday was crazy and today's damage control was even more crazy.

this is so fucking funny that still people fight to defend him - imagine Obama had done something like that, the GOP and all their lunatics would explode

Will start looking in selling and buying some where else ...

I know, alt-right, I won't let the door hit me on my way out , but I will slam it in your face :)

In case anyone missed the BOMBSHELL that Putin dropped at the press conference:

Putin Claims U.S. Intelligence Agents Funneled $400 Million To Clinton Campaign

^^ Putin is referring to Bill Browder, a long time friend of Hillary's. Their fathers even knew each other in Chicago. But wait, there's more!

Jim Comey was named to Bill Browder's HSBC Board of Directors, a Russian-based hedgefund scam

Putin offered to help investigate the 12 Russians who were indicted- IF the US helps investigate the 1.5 billion that Browder made in Russia, without paying taxes, and then funneled 400M to the Hillary campaign.

No wonder the Dems wanted Trump to cancel the meeting!!!!!!!

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

I hope you are trolling...you can't actually be this stupid

Anyone still supporting Trump after his "I meant to say wouldn't not would" is a fucking moron

Putin offered to help investigate lol...

This is the thing: Whenever nowadays someone comes with "What about Hillary blablabla..." I just end the discussion and walk away.

Hillary is not president, if she broke the law then indict her, put her into court and lock her away. Hasn't happend so far even though they try really really hard for years now. But by all means: do it.

But Trump IS president, he and his people actively destroy partnerships with other democratic countries that have been built for decades while he is praising people like Kim, Putin or Duterte as fine people.

America, the land of the free, has a leader that dismisses free press, free elections (by discrediting them without grounds - so what came out of the investigation about voter fraud btw?) and loves autocratic ruler.

If I was American, I would be outraged. Because this is not what America stands for. Stood for.

And if you blindly defend his actions - and/or really believe things like that he just misspoke would or wouldn't - then you are an idiot.

I would agree DJT looked bad with his would or wouldn't fiasco. The question is what does it matter in the grand scheme of things, probably not much, there's evidence, results, and then there's everything else.

This has been actually a solid commentary on the topic I've stumbled upon, not in the habit of sharing videos but here you go:

You can skip to 2:10 to avoid seeing DJT if you can't stand him. Then it's 5 minutes.

What's discussed is who are those that advocate on hating Russia, the former Washington DC establishment that's all of a sudden claiming a moral high ground in the light of the Russian Boogeyman, the selective choice of which regimes are labeled non stop as "bad" and which get a free pass, and more.

It's a speech that, in a healthy or normal political climate, could even force one to think. It brings up some interesting points that could, in a healthy or normal political climate, be discussed.

Of course, this is only for those that won't get into a full meltdown mode over, probably not even watching it in the first place. Likely due to the fact that it's from a source they are not allowed to watch (their partisan ideologists don't allow that).

It's amazing how they continue to do this. "But Hillary". The other day (I forget it if was with Putin or back at the White House) Trump was talking about Obama and something he failed to do. WTF? If you did that in the work place and blamed something on your predecessor two years earlier you would be out of a job.

Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong. Ever. Period. We had dozen investigations into Hillary Clinton and there was never any wrong doing. There are still investigations going on today.

I am not sure how to explain to this to the Republican party.... Trump is in charge. It doesn't matter how we got here. His job is not to assign blame. His job is to fix the problem. Eighteen months in and he still isn't accepting the fact that the Russian government has meddled with and hacked our elections. Trump is doing nothing to defend our democracy.

I'm always unsure who is the most arrogant, smug cunt on this forum. You and ********** are top 3 for sure. Talking shit about others, attacking others, putting other people down for their views (having no respect for others / intolerant towards others) and then at the same time, patting yourself on the back all day long for being on the moral high ground... and as usual, bowing out and letting everyone know that you have "better tings to do" when the tides turn against you, as if you weren't being a dick to begin with. It's that last move which you love to pull which gives you extra Smug Cunt Points in my scoring.

Neither one of you are the "great guys" that you think you are. You are just run of the mill smug and arrogant assholes who embody all the personal traits and qualities of those you claim to despise. Like crockett and the crocketteers, you are everything yourself, that you hate in "them".

(just need thommy to jump in and in his usual 3rd grade manner wish death on others as he informs everyone how dumb they are, in the least intelligent manner humanly possible and the GFY Smug Cunt Foreigner trifecta will be complete)

You're welcome. And thank you for your gracious permission to post. I will. Hopefully, it can help you become a better person (and maybe take you closer to being the person you seem to think you are) as you are informing others on the other side of the planet, in a place you don't live in, how dumb they are for what they think, feel and believe .... as if you're somehow better informed, your opinion is well qualified or as if you even have a fucking clue what you're talking about at all.

Exactly. But she's innocent. There have been no arrest or indictments and trumpers lose their mind over this so much that their conspiracy-coated brain cells go into overdrive. And at the same time, they conveniently ignore all of the arrests and indictments around Trump. It's amazing.

Come on dude, that's not exactly true. First, this is just a forum, and real life should never be affected by whatever is said here. Next, as I've said a hundred times, I love you guys. All I want is for people to provide real, solid arguments to defend their point of view or position. Every time I say "Why do you support Trump when he does this", the answer is almost always "But the emails". It's just so dumb! Sorry, but its dumb dumb dumb.

Let's see...Russia has "something on Trump" and controls him.

Weird. Pres. Obama laid down for Putin.

Pres Trump has laid the heaviest sanctions ever on Russia.
Pres. Trump has removed all of Obama's executive orders that crippled our Energy Industry and now we are producing oil and gas and driving down oil prices which HURTS Russia
Pres. Trump has armed the Ukrainians with LETHAL weapons to fight back against the Russians...which Pres. Obama refused to do.
Syrians used gas on their people and Obama pussy'ed out and let the Syrians and Russians off the hook...Trump bombed their ass.
Pres. Trump put missiles BACK in Eastern Europe that Obama removed.
ALL of the Russian aggressive moves were made during the Obama Administration. NONE have occurred under Pres. Trump.

Pretty much President Trump has HURT Russia and helped the USA with every policy he has enacted.

So I would say that this "theory" is 100% bullshit wishful thinking by the "Left".

Tell me why I am wrong. Show me one thing that Trump has done to "help" Russia. And then look at all he has done to push back on them. And then realize Pres. Obama did NOTHING to push back and instead sucked Putin's cock for 8 years

Oil prices rose Wednesday after data showed record US crude production and an unexpected build of supplies last week.
West Texas Intermediate was up 0.3% to $67.46 a barrel at 11:30 a.m. ET. Brent, the international benchmark, was up 0.9% to $72.24 a barrel.
US crude production hit 11 million barrels per day for the first time on record, the Energy Department said. Meanwhile, domestic crude supplies rose by 5.8 million barrels in the week ending July 13. Analysts had expected a drawdown of 2 million to 3 million barrels.

bullshit - because US is such a big spender of energy and does not even try to get into renewable energy it had to import gas and oil from russia.

and US will need russia even more because he put the sanctions on iran what is one of the biggest oil producers in the world.

saudi arabia and the other oil nations are not able to replace that production.

"against the russians" tells all what you know about this war.
there are ukrainians what are killing ukrainians there. it is a civil war. same as happens in syria.
so he armed them that brother can kill brother.
i am pretty sure he will do the same in the next US civil war just to fulfill what he get´s paid for from NRA.

after all that time there is NOT ONE prove that assad used gas or chemical weapons.

you guys don´t see it as an aggression when YOU do it but as soon the other is doing the same you call it aggression.

The perfect phrase to describe Democrats and US media right now as they all continue to spiral.

"Obey the narrative".

There was only one narrative through Obamas Presidency.... "he can do no wrong" and if you're a Democrat "we can do no wrong". The media which is all dying as it rightfully should pushed this narrative day and night. It felt good to Democrats to be told "you're right about everything". They had a media which never challenged the President or policies as they're supposed to. They never asked him tough questions in press briefings. They never held him accountable for anything at all. To this day, the guy who had scandal after scandal during his Presidency brags about a scandal free Presidency. Because in large part, the media told him all day long that he was awesome and his ideas were the only ideas. No one challenged an unearned Nobel Peace Prize from a guy who had done nothing but run around the country saying "hope and change".

It all came to an abrupt end in November 2016. Suddenly, they were wrong. Suddenly the narrative fell apart. Suddenly up was down, black was white and they've all been in an emotional tailspin since.

And look at how they act today. Like a cunty, spoiled 13 year old princess who didn't get her way.

Fewer and fewer since 2016 are "obeying the narrative", the media has lost their monopoly on the news, they have lost their monopoly on the narrative and everyone's behavior as a result is getting increasingly irrational and insane. "nazi!", "racist!", "treason!", "impeach!" etc etc etc.

And there has never been so much irrational hate towards anyone who didn't "obey the narrative" in this country. It's even visible on this very forum.

And to this day, not a single person here could lay out the Democratic platform, explain how any of it could be achieved or even make a solid case why voting for anyone in their party would be in their best interest.... but they're pretty sure you're a racist nazi if you don't vote for them.

Its not a war of ideas anymore. It is coming down to a war between mature adults and those who act like children.

This is the craziest time i've ever witnessed in US politics. As a guy who was elected President is feverishly working to fulfill every campaign promise, "the other team" are feverishly working to burn the entire nation down just to be "right". Not to prove an idea that matters to be right. Not to improve peoples lives. Not to push for legislation which will benefit citizens, but to punish the guy who beat them at the direct expense of the nation, it's economy and it's future.

As David Sirota noted, "Gallup recently did a poll of what Americans say is the most important problem facing the country. One finding: the percentage of Americans saying “Situation with Russia” is the most important problem is literally too small to represent with a number. "

So with all that energy expended on pinning the Russia collusion tail on Trump's campaign donkey, let alone former FBI Director Comey's insistence that 'anyone voting Republican is anti-American', we are reminded of the blinkered view of the world so many suffer from and what Steve Bannon said yesterday at CNBC's "Delivering Alpha" conference: The Democrats abandoned the American worker.
The meddling was on the margin, and the Democrats need to accept this. The collusion - they haven't found one shred of evidence.
The Democrats have yet to embrace why they lost...[they] have wanted a do-over since 2:30 am on Nov. 9 - and they've lied and they've bitched and in November they'll get their do-over...but on November 6, the deplorables will be plenty jacked up.

bullshit - because US is such a big spender of energy and does not even try to get into renewable energy it had to import gas and oil from russia.

and US will need russia even more because he put the sanctions on iran what is one of the biggest oil producers in the world.

saudi arabia and the other oil nations are not able to replace that production.

this guy is a total dumb guy!

"the United States is the second-largest growth market for renewables. Despite President Donald Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris Agreement, renewable projects in the US are expected to benefit from multi-year federal tax incentives and state-level policies for distributed solar panels in the coming years."

Fucking India has better renewable energy than euros

"India overtakes the European Union

In India, meanwhile, renewable capacity is expected to more than double by 2022. Solar and wind represent 90% of India’s capacity growth, which is the result of auctions for contracts to develop power-generation capacity that have yielded some of the world’s lowest prices for both technologies, the report says."
