Go for a walk, get some sun, eat some vegetables. All these will help. If not then you need to talk to someone for help. |

Start in the morning with a gallon of water. Drink it all day until it's gone. Repeat. Eat when you want.
Research a keto diet? My nephew and a girl who I work with both lost over 100lbs in the last year. Another gal I know has lost 32lbs in 3 months doing it. These are pretty obese people to start so maybe easier to lose weight than if you just have to drop 20lbs or so. Join a facebook support group? Join a facebook group that does outside things? So much you can do to not feel depressed. Unless you're clinically depressed by a chemical imbalance, you can just choose to be happy. It's not too hard. |

All this good advice? what's up with that?
I say to turn your bed around so you won't get up on the wrong side of the bed anymore.:1orglaugh Depression is a bitch, I know. |
I highly recommend a strong dose of some YT Cracker (start with 'My Friends') and listen to some Alan Watts talks - all are free via Youtube.

Do intermittent fasting + regular activity. Thank me later!

Now I'm going to relax and enjoy my day and grill out later and forget about this thread. |
got it. sarcasm is OK when giving advice to a depressed person but pointing out the danger of giving advice to a depressed person is bad.
and that makes sense to you. |

The fact is we all want to help and feel an urge to do so. The simple fact is that doing so comes with a risk. Perhaps there are other things to say instead. Perhaps the op simply needed to vent and nothing needs to be said. It doesn't matter, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my including here that a risk comes with offering depressed people unsolicited advice. you can learn from the thread or twist my addition to it so you can attack me for stating it. either way. |
Expelling the Jews would absolutely be the best cure for depression, for Jews and non-Jews alike.
Non-Jews would feel cleansed and refreshed, while Jews would feel synchronicity with the history and evolution of their people. Thank me later. |
