In the end, it's a huge waste and it was on Trumps watch. But oh, what is this?

So it turns out, FEMA stockpiled this water, and didn't even start releasing it to locals until May of this year. After around 700 pallets were distributed, the water was found to be undrinkable.

So, here is the summary...

This water sat on the hot tarmac for months and months before being released to the locals.

Complete waste and incompetence.
