No. It is never ok in a nation of laws, regardless of what you imagine is correct, to circumvent the due process. This makes you a criminal, not a good guy. It is also the same justification used by all dictators and fascist states. Please examine your thought process.
Its always Republican nutters who use threat of violence with their little chants like the NRA's "from my cold dead hands" and Sarah Palins notorious cross hairs on elected officials faces..or Trump telling a crowd of people that a heckler should be beaten..
It is not always the republicans. Many different groups on all parts of the political spectrum threaten violence.
The right wing has a long history of vailed threats of use of violence as a scare tactic.
Again, this is a common tactic to all parts of the political spectrum.
Is it time sane and rational people start forecably removing these tryants from power?
A tyrant does not follow due process. Have you heard anyone in the senate advocate for shooting people, as you asked above? Even the most liberal member has not called for that. So no, again, it isn't. If, as opposition, you are allowed to vote, and your vote is counted, then there is by definition no tyrant.
I know for myself if Republicans confirm this guy after all the shit he's been accused of with no investigation, then it means they dont represent the people of this nation nor our Constitutional Republic
You do not know that. You may feel you are not represented, but indeed you are, and millions of others feel they are well represented. You have two senators, a representative, a governor, and local politicians. If you feel one is not doing a good job, then work to elect someone who would.
At that point they are clearly a domestic enemy of the people and need to be dealt with.. Is this SC nomination the deal breaker on what becomes required to start forecably removing them from power?
They are not in any way "clearly a domestic enemy". What does that even mean? Many of those you disagree with serve in the military and saw combat. You asked questions above, and then leaped to an unjustified conclusion. You have the means to remove politicians you don't agree with from power through the vote. If others do not vote as you want them to, then welcome to living in a free society. You can peacefully attempt to change their minds, or become a criminal yourself. Your choice.
There has to be a line in the sand..I think we are long past the point of checks and balances dealing with their corruption. Sooner or later the people will have to take a stand or tryants becomes the new normal.. What should the line in the sand be if not absolute corruption?
These are all things you think. You are one person. There are also people who think the moon is made of cheese. Your opinion matters, and your vote matters, but you are not, and never will be, a dictator. You are not an elected official, or a judge, or even a council member.
