There was an attorney on TV yesterday that said the law is clear, the female was the aggressor and technically assaulted him. He was looking at the president talking to him, she approached him and tried to take something from him when he wasn't even looking at her.

Most likely it's from a late reporting district that mislabeled the votes for whatever reason. You have to understand the vast majority of polling locations is staffed by volunteers, and because it's only done once every two years there is always a lot of confusion.
