If you did an account merge on CCBill, that has nothing to do with NATS/Gamma. That's an error in the CCbill affiliate admin.

You can sign up via NATS and swap out the links effective immediately.

The CCbill affiliates were migrated as of today and I'm currently sending out more information to the email addresses on file. Essentially you can log into the NATS program with your CCbill account number and then reset your password as long as the email address is still the same.

We will eventually offer WM referrals openly, but for the time being, we are only doing it on a case by case approval after we've verified the webmasters weren't already in the system. This is unfortunately necessary since we saw a lot of attempted fraud referrals after the last program import that we did.

We will discontinue the CCbill program within 60 days, assuming we have successfully mapped via script the ccbill traffic links. If not, it'll wiat till that's done. Ultimately though, we have no intention of continuing to use the CCbill program long term so sooner or later the switch will have to be made.

Stepsecrets can still be promoted via CCbill as we did not acquire that site. Nutabu can be promoted by CCbill too; we bought it but it's been discontinued and we won't migrate the billing unless it's resurrected.

You are recieving this email as an affiliate of Femjoy and/or Joymii via the CCbill program.
I'm happy to announce that recently Gamma Entertainment has acquired Femjoy and Joymii and have taken over the operations. We are moving away from the CCBill affiliate program, and our aim is to move all affiliates (and new signups) to NATS and on to our billing. As with any legacy program such as Femjoy, it has to be done carefully and thoughtfully to preserve all the traffic and sales. We have to do all of this in steps, including moving their servers, so we haven't rushed it or made any formal announcements prior to now.

We have imported the affiliate accounts into NATS here. The accounts were created using your CCbill ID as the account name and you should be able to do a PW reset to get access. We will be discontinuing the old program within 60 days, but we wanted to give you notice and ample time as well as to tell you what will happen next and when. I strongly encourage you to log in and set up your account in NATS soon, either via the imported account mentiioned above, or via new signup.
It's important to note that all pricing on the old CCBill join page is reverting to regular price ($29.95 per month) as of April 28th. If you would like to be included in the promo offers, you will need to use the NATS program
For the time being, we are not allowing webmaster refferals by default. In past acquisitions, we see mass abuse and fraud with webmaster referrals when we migrate programs so we've decided to wait for the time being. However to be fair, if you are planning on reffering a webmaster then you can write to us with the refferal and we will manually add them to your accouint after verifying they weren't already in our system.
Traffic
I understand right now that the join processing is complicated so to clarify a bit, this is whaat happen when a visitor lands on Femjoy/Joymii:
All traffic with a CCbill affiliate link still goes to the CCbill join page and all credit is still being given tot he refferer. We are keeping the CCbill join page because of all of the FHG and legacy links, so you won't be required to move or change old links, but no new tools will be added to CCBill. We will eventually be setting up a script that will convert the old CCBill links to NATS links, effectively shutting down new any sales on CCBill. We are working on moving the FHG system to NATS as well.
If you don't have a CCbill link, you get our billing instead. Again, all CCbill affiliate sales are still being tracked and paid out via CCbill. Existing CCbill rebills will also be paid out via CCbill indefinitely, as they don't allow us to transfer users to our mids/billing.
If you go directly to the site with no cookie and no refferer, you will see other billing options available that we do not pay commission on, such as Paypal via Epoch. These billing options will not show if you are using CCbill links and they are being removed from NATS affiliate links now.
Payouts:
If you move to NATS and use NATS links, you'll be paid out via Gamma via check, wire or Paxum. Our payout dates are the 1st and 16th (if you meet the minimum payments).
Affiliate mangement will be handled by the existing team for now (yes Thomas is staying with us!) but if you have a relationship with Derrick or Kristina at Gamma, you can always feel free to reach out to them as well. If you want to set up trades with youyr paysite, Kristina is your go to!

I'm the one that sent the email to all affiliates and there were more than 10k in the contact lists, so it's taking me a little while to get back to people.

Everyone that's had an issue so far getting the reset has been because they used a different email to sign up with than they are using now, or they had merged CCbill accounts.

So far all the reset issues have been caused by different email addresses that were logged in CCbill. That's why password resets aren't happening most of the time: they are going to invalid email addresses and bouncing.

Another issue I noticed is the some people are logging in to CCbill using the account number and some via a username: try both if one isn't working.

If you are still unable to access still I'm happy to do it for you manually at office at femjoy dot com, but please note that I'm only generally available during normal business hours (M-F 9-5 EST). i promise to get back to you ASAP if you write and ask for a reset.

Right now we are manually approving all changes. This is because we see a lot of fraud attempt when we migrate programs. I've gone through and cleared the queue now, so any changes should be in effect now.

It's only going to track in NATS right now if you send traffic via a NATS link.

I just tested it in your account using your NATS link and it's tracking correctly.

FemJoy, you should update the sender address that is sent out in NATS related emails, such as the password reset email, to a valid one else some mail servers with anti spam measures, such as my own, may silently reject the emails as it contains an invalid sender address, [email protected]. Likely can be changed in NATS somewhere. I disabled the protection on my mail server in order to get the email then re-enabled once I was done making changes that required emails from your NATS installation.

This has been changed and should have been already; that was something erroneous from the setup when we were testing the way that email came through AWS and popped back up when we rolled something back. Thanks for pointing it out.
