Lower wages for Native born Americans of all races.

Welfare, for workers out of work because they won't compete with an illegal. The taxpayer has to fork out.
Housing, the need to build more and more.
Educating the children.

So what would it save if a properly built wall just stopped 10% of illegal immigrants? Remember people walking across are the worse of the bunch. Visa over stayers applied for and got a Visa. And there's no problem with regulated immigration, making sure people can support themselves and their family, have skills the country needs, have no criminal record, no suspicion of terrorism and healthy enough to meet standards.
